My husband goes here constantly. He loves it. The fries are his favorite. I haven’t had any of their food but it smells amazing. He usually orders online and goes to pick it up. The staff always seems friendly and from what I have seen it seems clean.

Literally my whole family got food poisoning from this place! Everyone has diarrhea even my 4 year old! We all were just fine before we ate here! Make it so bad my husband went out in the snow and ice to pick up our order!! Not sure if because of the inclement weather the employees were just throwing at the food or just plain not being sanitary! Probably gave us old chicken that sat out!! Either way thats not right. Be careful eating at this location! Sun, snow, or rain tho , we will not be returning to this location ever again!

I havnt had wing stop in very long and thought id give it a try. Ordered take out 20 boneless wings and fries. Very disappointed. Every piece of chicken had a rubbery center. I paid $18 just for the fries to come out brown and the chicken to be rubber. I feel very ripped off as my budget is tight and can only afford one fastfood meal a week and wasted this week. Id love to hear from the manager about how this can be made right as id hate for this to be my last tome eating there

Food was fantastic. The service and atmosphere was not so great. We were not greeted when we walked in. Victoria took our order but was distracted with another customer complaining to whom I assumed was the manager on duty. And then her other co-work started to talk bad or something the customer was not happy and proceeded to ARGUE with the said customer. I used to work in wingstop when I was in high school so i understand some customers do come in acting like they are entitled and are rude, but not once did the customer yelled or cuss anyone out. I felt like I was watching a drama show unfold, when I just wanted to eat in peace…I don’t know the whole situation but instead of de-escalating, they escalated the situation and started talking bad about the customer. I wouldn’t come back unfortunately because the employees were rude. And kept saying “ I hope she comes back so I can fight her” very uncomfortable and unprofessional, and throughout of me ordering and eating they are still talking about the said customer.

HORRIBLE ! I order from them faithfully spend 50-80 almost everytime and today’s service was very unprofessional! I ordered through Uber Eats and when I received my order today from Luis the bag was missing 10 count wing I go through uber first to correct the situation and the refused to refund partially what I missed after I showed pictures etc . I contacted store location on Rufe snow and the guy said he would replace it I just had to bring back all the food (which I did ) when I got there he tells me sorry he said we can’t make it and pointed to the back kitchen I asked why he said he just can’t I asked for a manager and he said he will call he called the manager and he answer and agreed to remake items since I didn’t get everything . I brought back drinks and everything when Trevor blandain cashier / front area worker took it back the guy in the back that recounted to originally started talking and pointing at my food like he didn’t want to reheat what we returned after they replaced what was missing . The cook is very unprofessional and I won’t be back and then as we were asking for food back he waved us away and rolled his eyes only professional worker there was Trevor ! Thanks Trevor for what you did do . NEVER WILL GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN

Horrible service!! Placed order to be picked up at 3:09pm called my name out until 4:00pm and was missing all my wings so I had to wait another 15-20 minutes!!! Asked for manager she was in a meeting her name is Roxanna just looked at us and didn’t bother to come and take care of the problem like a manager should have done! So finally got my order when I arrived home wing flavors were all WRONG!! Are you kidding me NEVER returning to that location again!!

Just came from the dentist, they had a Wingstop next door, went in to get some wings but they told me it would be a 20-minute wait, I didn’t want to wait so I drove on back to my side of town. Went into my Wingstop, ordered a large combo with fries and a drink and asked how long would it be cashier said 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I asked the guy at the register the guy counting the money, could be the manager, how much longer before my order is done, 2 minutes he says. My order comes out and it is refried fries and 9 drums and one flat. I tried to eat these jacked up wings, they ain’t normal sized but the flat part of the wings taste better. Crazy thing is that I was the only person in there, they must have made all the online orders before mine. Anyway when I went to get a container to go for all these drumsticks I didn’t eat, I ask the cashier why my order had 9 drumsticks and one flat, she says I don’t know you’ll have to ask the people who made it so I motion to the guy to come over, ask him the same question and his answer is the same, he didn’t make it, ask the guy who make it but he also said that they normally will cook 5 and 5, he doesn’t know how or why that happened, offered to give me a discount on a future visit. It seems that these folks pick and choose who get good food and good service. It is time to go back to cooking chicken myself or stop eating it all together. This place and it’s workers have zero accountability, it takes very little effort to get an order right especially if no one else is in the restaurant.

My sister and I came in today and there were practically no costumer’s and the worker was on her phone (which isn’t a big deal there was practically no one there). My sister ordered and (I didn’t I sat on the bench) after she ordered while my sister was getting her drink the worker said my sisters order was ready she said order for(my sisters name). I got up to get it for my sister (who again was getting her drink) and called my sister to come and to grab it while I was calling her I heard the worker say “yeah your welcome btw “. While walking away from me while on her phone. I looked at the other worker (who was also on her phone). And she looked at me surprised so I knew that her cowerker was being rude. My sister walked over I said make sure to say thank you to her because she wants to make a big deal out of it I called her but she didn’t answer and just sat in her phone so we walked out. I used to work in a restaurant so I understand being on your phone when it’s slow but being rude to a customer being on your phone and then ignoring them when they wanna say thank you since you wanted to make a big deal out of it is stupid.
