This Taco Bell is the most disgusting place I have ever laid my eyes on. It takes an exhaustive effort to lift your feet off of the floors. I felt like a mouse stuck on a glue trap. I have been here a few times and it’s always terrible. The soda machines have never been cleaned and never will be cleaned. I am not kidding when I say that you can taste the mold or whatever other nastiness is in the soda machine and nozzles. Anyone who has worked in this type of industry knows that these machines need to be cleaned every night and deep cleaned every week, if you order a soda from here you will notice that it tastes almost like burnt hair. Just so incredibly disgusting it’s unbelievable really. You cannot order at the counter, but they have kiosks. I use the mobile app and consistently what happens is my food is ready just sitting there and I can see it and it always takes them several minutes to simply just hand it to me. This most recent time I waited a very long time for my food to be ready and then it sat for a couple of minutes so I went up to kindly ask the worker if my order was ready, knowing that it was, and he just did not interact with me at all. he was 2 feet in front of me and just looking down a little bit and he looked extremely high, and had large open sores on his face. I don’t think someone with open sores on their face should be working around food at all. I cant believe he was allowed to work in that condition. I did not even eat my food after seeing this I just threw it away. I think I have a moral obligation to call the health department to inspect this place and shut it down.

Look it’s Taco Bell in a college town right by all the bars, lines are going to be long, all these people complaining about that can solve their problem by ordering ahead on the app.
These employees are honestly the goats and arent appreciated enough. They gotta deal with drunk entitled college students and some homeless people but never fail to be efficient, polite, and keep the restaurant clean. Hats off to you guys

There was a huge line, and our food was already ready, but no one was moving since everyone was waiting for their names to be called. I walked over to the mobile order pickup table to check if one of the bags was ours — I just turned it around to look for our name — and a worker suddenly yelled at me not to touch any food and said they’d call the cops. I was honestly really shocked and embarrassed since I didn’t mean any harm.
After that, we tried to ask for our food, but he completely ignored us, so we ended up waiting around 45 minutes even though our order was already ready. I totally understand that there are food safety policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional.

ordered when it was fairly busy, but my “order” took over 2 hours to come out. By the time I left it the restaurant was all but empty, only DoorDash orders going out.I only ordered 2 bean and rice burritos and a cheese quesadilla. My friend who ordered right before me got theirs within 15 minutes. I asked about it every 15-30 minutes because I assumed I had been skipped but they kept confirming it would be right out. Staff admittedly did seem annoyed with me for checking but I was getting impatient after 2 whole hours for fast food. When my order did come out, it contained literally nothing I ordered other than a quesadilla. Had two random other things and it all had meat. After 2 hours of waiting I just gave up and gave the food to someone who needed it more because I couldn’t eat it. Not sure what happened here but am sure that it was unreasonable.

This is my only option when ordering via a delivery service. The packaging is always horrible. Half the time something is missing. Pay for sauce get zero. The other TB locations are much better but unfortunately this is my only option.

Not the best taco bell in terms of food but the entertainment is great. Some interesting fights sometimes, along with family guy on the TV.
