I placed an order for employee appreciation at work
The owner was attentive, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in his establishment.
We had a budget, and many special requests in regards to packaging, delivery, and variety of food.
Not only was every request met, but the food showed up in warming boxes, with more sides than expected, and exactly on time.
Everyone loved the food, and the excitement of the employees upon hearing we were having chicken and sides instead of our more usual fare made a long and busy Sunday much more enjoyable.
I will personally be a regular customer moving forward and I have no doubt many of my employees who had not yet heard of The Chicken Factory will as well.
As a side note, the macaroni salad is phenomenal. I’m so incredibly pleased that we got so much of it.

I think they changed the chicken recipe recently and now it’s kind of mediocre. Used to be really juicy and I enjoyed the crumbly breading, had a homemade feel and taste. Now it’s not as juicy and just has a thin fried skin. Pretty disappointing, used to be one of my favorite local comfort food spots. Sides are still decent.

First time going since their “soft opening.” Had the 3 piece meal with onion rings which was delicious. The chicken is hand breaded and has a great crispy skin and juicy meat. I’m looking forward to trying their beans next time I go.

Couldn’t wait for the chicken factory to open. Finally just had our first meal tonight. I’m very picky about my fried chicken I don’t like A peppery or spicy coating and this chicken was PERFECT, Delicious and juicy. Will definitely order from them again. Nice job chicken Factory!

We stopped here yesterday and got 12 pieces. The chicken was very good and it was tasty. The only thing is we should have received more sauce with the chicken. We got a small honey mustard and a bbq sauce for 12 pieces. They should of given us at least 3 of each kind. Prices are good.

First time having this place, side were very good, corn bread muffins great too. The staff was super nice. Unfortunately the chicken was not my cup of tea. Definitely not traditional fried chicken, tasted more like shake and bake. Kinda disappointed by the chicken.

I remember how excited I was when I first saw the sign about the restaurant opening and couldn’t wait! Finally, it opened! The day before the Grand Opening we [the office] ordered from LaPizza (next door) – so imagine how excited we were to order the next day! Long story short, the chicken was uncooked and very red in the middle. Since it was the lunch hour and we would not have enough time to go back and request new/fresh kitchen, my co-worker and I re-cooked the chicken in the microwave and toaster oven. After lunch, I called the Chicken Factory to let them know about the raw chicken. Imagine my surprise when the employee that answered the phone said to me, “next time take a picture and show us the picture…”! Next time?!! Needless to say, I will never eat there again and I suggest others don’t! It’s already scary (health wise) to eat raw chicken, but, to receive the insensitive comment from the employee was far worst! With that type of attitude, at a Grand Opening, shows me just how much they don’t care! My final word is: eat at your own risk!

I ordered some chicken tenders and they where OK, but definatly just frozen out of a bag (actually I saw them come out of the bag). I kind of expected hand breaded/house made from a place called “The Chicken Factory”. The women at the counter was very nice, the place looks clean and organized. I would like to go back to try the fried pieces I guess to see if they are better and/or house made.

Went here today for lunch. Wow!!!! Best chicken I’ve had!!! Do yourself a favor and get to this place fast!!!! The owners are very attentive and really make sure you are happy with your meal. Go. You won’t regret it!!

Went on Facebook recommendation, was very disappointed. Chicken with small, dried/ put, not crispy, chewy, was more like jerky than fried chicken and did not get the amount of breasts I was supposed to get they gave me thighs instead. Would not go back!
