I ordered take out. The worst hibachi filet , the portion size was so small like maybe a 4 oz filet?! the website doesn’t give a good description of the item, it said it just came with rice so I ordered a veggie roll too the weirdest veggie roll I thought they gave me the wrong one because it looked like there was raw fish in it, back to the hibachi do you even season it? It literally tasted like they cooked it with butter and that was it. So super disappointed it seems like that’s the consensus getting food in palm coast. I miss Sakura they had some banging hibachi I guess I will drive to Ormond and go to koji

For 3 years I’ve been coming here with my family, and the service has always been top-notch. Last Saturday, however, the quality of service completely collapsed. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and after ordering, we waited another 30-35 minutes. To our surprise, the order was incomplete; two people in our group waited another 15-20 minutes for the rest of their order, which finally arrived when everyone was already getting ready to leave. I urge the management of the establishment to pay attention to this; this incident is damaging your restaurant’s reputation.

I ordered sushi based on the pictures I saw on the website. I liked the size, and they looked fresh. I asked to place the order by phone so my husband could pick it up. We were planning a family dinner. However, when he got home and I saw the size of the dish, I was disappointed. The sushi was very thin, and instead of eight pieces, there were five or six pieces in the set. They are very, very small compared to other restaurants. If you compare them to Kawa Sushi, it’s like half the portion for the same price. Before writing a review, I called the manager at the reception to confirm whether I had received the correct order. He said it was normal. I told him I would write a review, and he wasn’t against it. The sushi looks tasty, but the portions for that price are very small. It’s more like a portion for a child. I’m attaching a photo of the receipt and the dish.

Not the best experience our server was awesome. He was friendly and accommodating. Our order consisted of hibachi filet,lobster tempura roll and Cali roll. Filet was good according to my daughter’s BF. I got the lobster tempura roll. Something was off. It tasted old and musty. Took 1 bite and sent it back. My daughter had the Cali roll and took 3 bites and said something was wrong with it. Well she puked the whole way home. Had to pull over 3xs. Disappointed considering reviews. Will definitely not return.

Sushi 99 Restaurant at Palm Coast, Florida. Very excellent service. My daughter cannot eat anything with gluten and they prepared her rice and her meat with gluten free soy sauce. The food was very delicious. I especially liked the steak with vegetables and the noodles. Thank you for the excellent service.

Cane here with my friend, I ordered the Katsu and my friend the teriyaki chicken. It was very good and came speedily. Our waitress was also hyper attentive and very nice. Only drawback in my opinion is just price for what you get. It’s Japanese so the portions aren’t expensive and the price is pretty steep compared to other places. But I enjoyed it very much and consider is a good quality of food and experience.
