I’ve been to some slow, and poorly run Wendy’s in the past, but this one is by far the slowest in existence. They either never have enough staff, or the people working there are apathetic and disinterested in providing good service. I don’t blame the workers tho, I blame the management. The owner is probably cheap and won’t pay for enough staff, or doesn’t pay their staff well enough for them to care. Don’t go here if you’re looking for fast food. You will sit in the drive thru like it’s a doctor’s office waiting room.

This is really one of the worst Wendys I have ever been too. The staff is extremely rude, 30 mins before closing they stop taking card payments and say that their machine is down and they are cash only now. On one occasion they told me to wait 15 minutes to place my order because they were running behind on other orders (I was the only car in the drive thru).

The worst drive-thru I’ve ever been to. I waited for almost an hour, and we were the only customers that night. They were just laughing inside. I believe there were four of them, but they still messed up the orders. We had to check our four orders one by one, and we only ordered burgers and fries. Still, the order was incomplete. We work in the hospital and only have a 30-minute break, but we waited for our order for almost an hour. The burger is RAW. Those employees are so hilarious!

Everytime I go here the wait time is 45+ minutes. Fries are never good and always missing stuff on my burger. The staff is just rude and wants to play around inside instead of working .

Today I ordered a number one combo meal upsize it to enlarge and ordered a Sprite for the drink. After leaving the drive I we can to the bag to grab a french fry a find my hand completely covered in Grease.
The french fries were all burned some where rock hard andcompletely burned black.
So I decided not to eat the french fries and I reached in to grab my hamburger.
I reach into the bag and grab my hamburger and take a bite of it to find it completely saturated in mayonnaise.
The first bite of a hamburger tasted funny so I pulled back the bun to find the meat was still pink and severely undercooked.
Today’s experience was by far the (WORST) experience I have ever had at any Wendy’s fast-food location.
Cost was $9.00 US Funds.
I would like a complete refund!

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They will let you sit at the ordering mic for more than 10 mins. Most people just drive off. It’s like they can only take 1 order at a time. Once that order is filled, they answer the box. Nothing fast about this fast food location. The employees are rude and the curly headed evening/night manager yells at her crew. Completely unprofessional.

Expect to wait at the speaker with no one explaining they will be right with you for a long period of time (don’t drive off ) But the food is almost always fresh .
Also , the manager working at 2:45pm today was polite .
