I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but this location seriously needs better management.
Went to this Dunkin to order a coffee and noticed there was a completely new group of staff but didn’t think much of it at first. I ordered my usual coffee, took one sip, and it tasted battery acid…honestly the most acidic coffee known to man kind.
My friend used to work at Dunkin, so I asked her for her input to see if my tastebuds were deceiving me..turns out they used the Nitro blend instead of the regular original blend.
Since I had already paid for the drink, I politely went back to the counter to ask if they could remake it so my money wouldn’t go to waste and I could at least have a decent coffee to start my day. Unfortunately, the employee (a woman with very bright pink lipstick) didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining. I calmly tried to explain that the coffee tasted extremely acidic and wasn’t drinkable, but she just stared at me like i was high off my horses. She then tried to charge me for another coffee, which I wasn’t willing to pay for since the first one was made incorrectly. In the end, I walked out with the nasty drink and pour that crap down the damn drain cuz no one not even my enemy should deserve to drink whatever i was given.

genuinely not happy with my service from this location. i’d ordered a little munchkin 50count so i could have the little halloween bucket, seeing that it was only $13.99 on the app, and they charged me $23 for it. this isn’t the first time i’ve been overcharged here, so i’m genuinely not happy. :/

$6 bacon/ or sausage, egg and cheese combo on a croissant/ or bagel, with a side of tater tots and a iced coffee/ or hot, is a good deal you can’t miss. Right now 9/16/25 they’re having the pumpkin flavored iced coffee and of course the donuts, can’t miss out on them, for real that flavor speaks for itself. There’s other items that are pumpkin flavored. For sure eating breakfast here for the rest of fall.

Easily the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff act like taking your order is a personal inconvenience, and don’t expect it to be right—or ready—anytime soon. The coffee tastes like it’s been sitting there since yesterday, and the vibe is somewhere between DMV and gas station at midnight. Go literally anywhere else.

I ordered an Iced Tea Lemonade for my child at this location. Unfortunately, we didn’t try it until we were already in the car — the drink was sour and clearly spoiled. Very disappointing experience, especially since it was for a child. I hope the store checks how they store and serve their drinks.
