This was a very nice Arby’s I spent the night in their parking lot on my way to St Louis. I highly discharge anyone from parking at Walmart overnight. I seen boots on cars and a warning sign best not to take unnecessary chances.

Love this Arby’s go there quite a bit. Went today and the person on the intercom was rude and kept talking over me. She was acting like it was a problem to do her job. Was just rude and disrespectful so I drove off and probably wont go back to this location

The only part of our food that seemed freshly made was my fish sandwich. The kids chicken nuggets were like rocks, the fries were room temperature at best. And my husband’s sandwich had obviously (I saw obviously because when we first walked in there were several sandwiches just sitting there) been sitting in the warmer until it was time to put cheese on it.

I went yesterday and couldn’t even be bothered to order with how rude their window worker was. I was extremely patient with her but every other time I tried speaking she would snap at me.
I asked about the 2 for $6 and she got annoyed, I spoke slightly too fast on my order and she rudely snapped at me to hold on. I finally told her I would just go to Burger King.
Im sorry but if you can’t handle being civil to the general public maybe working the fryer or grill is better position for you.

Food was genuinely good, only odd experience was at the register when ordering. The cashier refused to make eye contact and seemed genuinely uninterested as she spaced out 5 or so times and continually asked me to repeat myself. This was followed by her walking in front of me while attempting to grab napkins. I will admit I’m soft spoken but the third excuse me still no response. At this point I simply stepped back and proceeded to wait for her to complete her wiping of the counter she did. Looked back made direct eye contact, and commenced to grab things from under the counter still between me, and the napkin dispenser.

My family and I went to the drive through, we ordered 3 meals with the Mac and cheese bites. While taking our ordered they seemed very irritated that I was there, they took over 20 minutes to cook our food, we pulled off and took our Mac and cheese bites out of the bag, it had a big pile of hair setting on top of the bites, not a strand of hair but a pile of hair. I went in and showed them and they even said someone did that on purpose, they gave me a refund but never found out who did it. Beware someone is putting stuff in the food.

Sunday night traveling home and pulled off for a bite to eat around 8pm. When we pulled in to this Arby’s only 2 other cars were present. As we walked in apparently 6 other cars decided to stop also. Needless to say they were slammed! Bravo to the employees working. I haven’t witnessed that hustle in a very long time from a group of young adults. Food was prepared perfectly, hot, fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Service was courteous and friendly.
