The customer service here is terrible. Had a simple order of a medium fry and 4 piece nugget with BBQ sauce through the drive thru, asked to pull up for fries and waited 10 minutes. No other cars came through. 2 young ladies arrived in the driving room during the wait.
Decided to go in since it appeared they forgot about my order. They did, there were fries and nuggets in the warming area and the manager, Luke, was explaining to another employee how to clean the fryer. They didn’t notice I was the cash register until I announced myself. They said they didn’t even know I was waiting. Gave me the old fries and nuggets, without sauce until I asked for it. Clueless. They didn’t even know the 2 ladies were waiting for their order. They did give me a card for a free combo meal but the customer service here was non-existent. Would avoid this location if at all possible.

Went through the drive through and the “AI” computer system would not let me place my order without constant interruptions. Now, a live person took the order, but also rude and interrupted the order. No receipt provided and the delicious Baconator I was expecting was a Jr cheeseburger with a sad piece of bacon. Will not be back.

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location around 7 PM on a Sunday. When I walked in, staff actively avoided me, so I took a moment to look at the menu. Eventually, an employee with a headset and gloves still on approached the register and asked, “What can I get for you?” As I started to order, he abruptly cut me off, yelling, “You can wait!” before storming off.
When he returned, I calmly asked, “What was that?”—only to be immediately told to leave the restaurant. I had done nothing wrong except try to order when prompted. As I was already walking toward the door, he even called for another employee to physically chase me out.
This wasn’t a case of being short-staffed or overly busy; it was pure hostility. A simple apology would have resolved the situation, but instead, I was threatened and removed for no reason. I will never return and will make sure others are aware of this treatment.
Additionally, I will be reporting to the health department, as the same gloves used for food prep were also used on the register.
I took the photo of the employee from outside the shop as he was telling another employee to chase me and I did not feel safe in the building.

The customer service at this Wendy’s is incredibly bad. The staff are actively hostile and dismissive towards customers, and mock you if you have any questions about your order.

This location is definitely one of my favorite locations. You don’t have to ask for nothing to be made fresh.!!!! Me and my wife’s favorite location to stop at on really good days outside. They have a wonderful patio with comfortable seating inside and out! you don’t never have to hope for a breeze to come through! ………but can get a little hectic at this location During dismissal hours for the local school that’s right down the street just a heads up but other than that, you can never go wrong with a Dave single Skip the fries and get a six piece nugget instead because they’re always dropping them fresh there so fresh you can just skip the sauce

I tried to order from kiosk only to be only told it was down.I tried to get the order to the cashier, I even showed my phone my order that I wanted, but the cashier acted she couldn’t understand me. And she messed up our order, I ordered a brownie batter frosty frappe but all coffee with chocolate syrup. Messed up the baked potatoes and gave us a frosty we didn’t want. I came back because they forgot my apple and a receipt for the coffee since it had to rung up separately. They gave the apples and an attitude about the receipt. We used to love coming here because it is so close to our house but we are NEVER coming back because of this experience. If I could, I would give the service a -5/5 and a refund for the trouble

I will never be coming back to this Wendy’s AGAIN. This was an awful experience. First The stupid robot told me they had no vanilla frosty. Which was greatly disappointing due to my NEED for this vanilla frosty. My two fellow passengers ordered chocolate frosty, so I got one as well. The Ms robot decided to make it 5 frostys even though we didn’t ordered 5. We were confused. Once we got to the window the lady was rude and was not willing to only give us three frosty instead of 5. BUT they only ended up having enough for 1 chocolate frosty. We then ordered 2 orange frostys (which are disgusting). BUT THIS LADY FILLED ONE OF THEM WITH HALF ORANGE HALF CHOCOLATE. Who does that? Overall awful experience don’t go.

My visit was June 30, 2025 at 2:11 PM. The manager was upset because I asked for fresh fries and fresh chicken nuggets. He is rude to his staff members and he definitely needs a training session with customers. I observed him working with a minor employee, I’m glad that’s not my child. You cannot speak to children in any kind of manner.
