delicious and very clean dining experience with a nice, modern interior. The chicken is high quality, though it feels a bit like a different version of Chick-fil-A. While the famous Cane’s Sauce is good, it didn’t quite live up to the massive hype for me. Also, be prepared to pay a bit more here than at your typical fast-food joint. It’s definitely worth trying at least once to see what the buzz is about!

Such a fun atmosphere! Haven’t had this food for almost 4years and it’s the same taste. The food was hot, fresh, fast. Me and my husband got the sandwich combo and 3 Piece Combo! The staff are friendly, fast, and working hard. Super fun and inviting place that radiates good energy.

First time trying Cane’s, and I totally get the hype!

The sauce really is the ticket – super peppery, really made the chicken stand out. The tenders themselves were already – true to their name – super tender, and the coleslaw and toast (wow, the toast!) were insane. The fries were good as well, though definitely outcompeted by the other menu items.

Speaking of the combos available, the prices are awesome. Service is also super fast. The interior is spacious, well-lit, and decorated nicely. Totally recommend.

On January 7th at 11:20 my family and I went to Canes for the first time. We were excited because of all the good things we’ve heard about them. We went through the drive thru and one of the employees was very dismissive, rude & trying to rush us when it was literally no one behind us at the time. Once we got to the window his attitude was terrible . I spoke with the manager and he told me his name is Chris and he will be speaking with him. the food was not fully cooked and I had to throw it away

Please stop being stingy with the fries!! People are paying over $10 dollars for 3 curled up chicken fingers and you wanna put 10 fries in the box….FOR THE LOVE OF GOD……FIX IT!!! and this is definitely not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd time experiencing this madness. Plus the drive thru set up is the ABSOLUTE WORST!

The food was decent but nothing really stood out. The chicken fingers were crispy but a little bland without the sauce, and the fries were just average crinkle-cuts. They had no ketchup . Service was ok, but the wait was a bit longer than I expected for fast food. Place needs to be cleaned more often . Overall, not bad, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.

My first ever time going to Raising Cane’s I went there to try something new, something that I haven’t tried before. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael at the drive-thru, he was extremely polite and cordial, because it was my first time. He politely even let me pull up closer and explained everything that was on the menu. Michael was extremely friendly, so greatly polite and I believe enhanced the experience for me. He even told me what deals were available for the day, because I was ordering for myself and for my father who also wasn’t there, he recommended the box that also came with coleslaw, and my dad really enjoyed the coleslaw, and my dad said the chicken was incredibly soft and juicy “unbelievably soft.” Is what he said to quote him. I myself got the sandwich, which he also recommended because I like sandwiches and burgers, and he said personally it enhanced the flavour of the chicken fingers. Which I can attest to, the sandwich was SUPER flavourful, jam-packed with big chicken fingers, and they were incredibly soft. I really liked the sauces in the sandwich, and the fries were crispy to go with it. I enjoyed my experience very much, which is why I am leaving this review. Thank you Michael, for being so friendly and helpful, I truly appreciate it, and thank you to the very kind lady who handed me my food, she was also polite though I was unable to catch her name. I hope to return again soon!

1st time trying Raising Cane’s. Always busy when I drive by and no difference this time. Great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and very efficient with getting orders out. I think prices are reasonable for meal and drinks. Dine in and food was ready quickly. Chicken was really good. Cane sauce was pretty tasty. An overall good experience and will go back.

Second time visiting this chain, and first time visiting the his location. The lobby looked very good, the decor was very nice. It was a bit cold in the lobby so we went outside (another bonus with the outdoor seating). The food was okay, I had the tender combo, and both my tenders and fries could have used more seasoning. The issue I had with the service was I asked for ketchup and the young lady acted like it was a problem to give me ketchup packets. Why do the employees act like giving out condiment packets is coming out of their paycheck?! Overall not a bad visit, but the food left a lot to be desired.
