I had a great experience ordering from Hakka Holic! The prices were very reasonable and the portions were huge. We ordered for 35 people and we had plenty of left over. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I prefer not to disclose the details of the incident, as everything was handled very smoothly. The chef was apologetic, and the front staff were extremely cooperative and calm. A replacement or refund was offered without any hesitation.
I really appreciate how respectfully the situation was managed and will definitely be visiting again. I’ll just make sure to clearly communicate my food preferences next time.

Normally Manchurian beef , chilli chicken Hakka style taste more or less the same except at this restaurant.
This restaurant lacks the most basic “HAKKA Flavouring” it more like Nepali food , and they are just calling it HAKKA. I got no soya sauce , chilli , no spoon , fork and lastly no Tissue.
