we waited about 45 min for this small shaved ice dessert that cost $10. not worth it. service is sooo slow and they need more workers or more efficiency. i wanted to go up and help them make orders to speed things up.

Went at 6 PM on a weekday. Completely empty inside. Two young waitresses stood at the front desk playing on their phones, didn’t acknowledge us at all. We stood right in front of them, and they made no effort to greet us or take our order. They seemed to expect everyone to use the self-order kiosk. This is ridiculous. This used to be one of my favorite spots, but now I think it’s only a matter of time before they close.

Food: Delicious, refreshing icy herbal. The Icy Grass Jelly No.6 is my favorite. I usually order it and add on extra jelly, taro balls. Each add on is only around $0.50 ~ $1. The herbal shaved ice is always interesting to enjoy. It’ll bring a good refreshing coldness to your mouth at first, then followed by a slight bitterness from herbal, and sweetness from rock sugar (I think). If I happen to want more of the herbal, I order Herbal Tea with Milk. It’s delicious too.
Service: Friendly staff, online order. I highly recommended placing online order just 10 or 15 minutes before you get to the store so that you can skip the wait and enjoy your freshly made orders.

Ordering was a bit of a challenge for someone new to their system. Eventually figured it out but could be improved for sure. Order came out exactly as surprisingly a large quantity, after I verified our order, the price does justify. One order can be shared by two people. Delicious dessert and for those who aren’t used to these types of desserts, give it time and experiment a little, it will be a pleasant experience.

It’s one of my favorite shave ice forever. But we tried Boba Tea this time, a little bit disappointed. It looks like they don’t have enough employees, I had to wait 1 hour and 40mins. However, the tea was not tasty as their shave ice, and the Boba was over cook. My boy loves Boba and always orders double. Unfortunately, he didn’t like their Boba at all.
Still will come, but no more Boba Tea here.

Not feel much of air conditioning, a store sells beverages and shaved ice dishes won’t let you use the restroom, 會中尿毒的. A lots of sticky, dirty tables. In my case the taste is fine, served up timely. I will remember not to come back in summer.

The staff with glasses and black mask was very rude. We were ordering and just wanted to reassure if he can put one of the toppings on the side but he immediately said “do you need anything else” while we were still talking in a rude and demanding way. I just wanted to ask if he could put it on the side. I feel like I wasn’t doing too much or being too needy.

The negative attitude of the girls here are unbelievable. It’s Saturday 12/10 at 3pm. The front cashier man was nice but the girls are rude. They have these grumpy faces even behind their masks. They even eye rolled at the cashier guy. I ordered and he asked me ice or no ice. She already started making it and he then told them no ice. She then made a face like it was the end of the world.

Good dessert but too bad the service has real bad attitudes. I don’t know how they keep this one girl. She is ALWAYS RUDE. Find friendlier staff or this business won’t last.
