We took a chance on this spot and it was absolutely worth it. It’s officially going on our list of go‑to places for Thai food. We ordered a level 3.5 spice (out of 5) and it brought the perfect heat. The staff was super friendly, and everything was delicious—the tofu was especially soft and flavorful.

They are in their 15th year and everything is the same… great family owned vibe, absolutely delicious food and they are always smiling with an authentic authenticity to them.
I’ve been enjoying Luv Thai for years and can honestly say I have never had a bad meal with everything fresh and deep in flavors, how could you not enjoy that.
Their attention to small details is noticeable such as the rose straw wrapper and the carrot hearts they cut and place on the servings of rice.

This restaurant genuinely has the best Thai food I have ever tasted! Me and my sister went here and we ordered the pho noodle soup and Pad Thai. After eating here it became my favorite restaurant in Austin. The spice levels were perfect and the staff were kind.

Great spot for Thai in south Austin with tons of gluten free options! Menu is clearly labeled and they even have gluten free crab Rangoon (although it’s different shaped). Pad Thai was very yummy and so was the curry. Super quick service too.

This place is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in South Austin! The staff is super friendly, the food is out of this world and I love the neighborhood that it’s in. I always enjoy the egg rolls, beef dish and the golden noodles the most! It’s a great place for date night or to have get together with friends and family. I highly recommend them!

We finally got a chance to have lunch and ordered drunken noodles, egg rolls and garlic beef stir fry. The drunken noodles and egg rolls were excellent! The beef stir fry with rice was decent and tasty but the side veggies fell a bit short from what we were expecting. During lunch they had tofu soup and a simple salad bar included with your entree which was a nice touch. Looking forward to trying other dishes in the future but it’s definitely a nice option especially price wise for lunch.

A small family operated spot serving big flavors. Went during lunch with a friend and thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary soup of the day, an order of curry fried rice, and the Vermicelli noodles with beef. The cook also came out to chat and made sure we enjoyed. Customer service very welcoming. Interior is a little dated, just an observation, not a deal breaker. I will definitely return.
