First time at Einstein Bros Bagels and we definitely chose the right location! Warm welcome and excellent service from Justin and Lovelya! Bagels were perfect! Not oily like some other places I’ve tried. We dined in as there is comfortable seating and the atmosphere is very calming. If you’re looking for great bagel combos and service stop by!

I visited Einstein’s Bagels during breakfast hours and unfortunately, they were out of the cheddar jalapeño bagel that I was looking forward to trying. It was a bit disappointing, but I decided to try the Green Chile bagel instead. The service was decent, nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. The staff was polite and helpful, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately.
However, when it came to the food itself, I have to say that it was just so-so. The bagel I ordered was a little hard and lacked the fresh, chewy texture that I was hoping for. The egg in my breakfast sandwich tasted very bland and didn’t have much flavor. The hash browns were a letdown too, as they were not crispy at all and didn’t have the expected savory taste that I was hoping for. Unlike other places, hash browns here are served as one large piece, like the size of a small muffin. See photos.
Overall, I’d say that Einstein’s Bagels is an okay option for breakfast, but nothing special. If you’re in a pinch and need a quick bite, this place will do, but don’t expect anything too extraordinary. I have had better experiences at other breakfast places, and I think that Einstein’s Bagels could improve their food quality to match the expectations of customers who are looking for a satisfying breakfast experience

EBB was much better than expected. The cashier was friendly and the food was tasty. I had a pretzel bagel with egg, bacon and avocado. It really hit the spot. When I go back, I’ll get this again. Maybe tomorrow…

Out of all the Einstein Bagel stores I have ever been to this one is the worst. The young female associates are very rude and judgmental and petty, i am a Real Estate Professional and go there to have coffee and a bagel and get on my laptop to start my day. I go there because it is closest to my home and a few times in a row a took advantage of the free rewards on the app. The female associates started to smile and snicker every time I walked in. I asked one associate for Almond milk for my coffee she said no and refused to give it to me. They are young, and have no sense of customer service, especially the girl with the braces and braids and big eye balls.

My first time coming here so I had questions but the staff at this location was so sweet with answering all my questions. Especially Kai, who gave me so many good menu recommendations. The dragonfruit lemon drop mocktail was a 10/10.

Customer service was poor. The lady and manager on duty was rude. I walked in to pick up an 8am order they claim wasn’t at that location. They begin with telling me I need the receipt. Which I was on my way to my car to get. The lady continue demanding that they needed it. I literally had to travel to my job, open my email to get the receipt. I drove back. Once she seen me, she ignored me and walked away.from the counter. Why? Because my order was there and ready. No apology.from the manager. Only, it had not pulled up yet. May I advise… when a paying customer walks in, instead of assuming the worst or having them check other locations they’ve never ordered at before, perhaps say…”we don’t see it, can you give us a minute to see if it comes through?” Or “ we apologize, when was it placed for pick up?” If they’d asked me that, they would have realized that it was upcoming soon. The entire back and forth was inappropriate, unprofessional and unnecessary when in fact the order was there! Too lazy to investigate. Too rude to take responsibility and accountability. And too prideful to apologize.

Seemed like a cool place went to go eat some breakfast on my break and didn’t get food because they were only taking online orders and the woman shouted that at me when I walked in. If you’re online only put it on the website. And if I can order there and sit down and eat and they were just busy don’t shout at me the second I walk in and take my order I would have waited. I needed to grab a bite to eat before my doctor appointment and decided to stop by here. They were out of the Everything Bagels, so I ordered the onion bagel. Yes…the onion bagel WITH onion and herb cream. What can I say, I love onions. Anyhoo…the ordering process was easy, the staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. And the best part is, my bagel and cream was only $2.98. That’s a great price for deliciousness.

Delicious!!!! We got cinnamon sugar bagel with honey almond spread. It was soft and warm. Husband got jalapeno with jalapeno salsa spread. Kids got muffins and loved them.
