This Tim Hortons location is truly a great place for me. The staff who work in the mornings are so friendly and nice. I absolutely love their cinnamon croissant muffins (I stop by almost every morning just for those muffins!). I had a slightly embarrassing situation at the checkout, but the employee in the gray shirt (I don’t know her name) helped me a lot. My son really needed that muffin to help him recover from his cold. I was so embarrassed, but I was so grateful for her help. See you again every morning!

Convenient spot for coffee but the donuts and even muffins have an off taste. Multiple times they’ve tasted like a cleaner or bleach. Could be from sitting where cleaner was used and nothing is wrong with the product. I just don’t like the taste of bleach that’s all

Very hot and good dark roast coffee and very generous and compassionate employees who had compassion and kindness to an individual who was trying to warm up and get something warm to drink with the little they had and a customer intervened and helped as well. Not that common in other surrounding areas. Two thumbs up for that act of kindness with no judgement.

Poor working conditions! Shame on you Bryan Ryker. I’m sure you’re sitting in your beautiful heated home while your Tim Hortons is literally falling apart. The drive thru window is broken and it’s zero degrees outside. The staff were freezing, the cream machine was broken they were literally holding the bag trying to fill cups. You should be ashamed of how you’re running your business. I told the staff they should walk out on you because you clearly do not care about working conditions. Your Wyandotte location doesn’t look like the trash gas station Tim’s. I’m definitely calling the better business bureau on you Monday morning at 8am I can promise you I’m reporting you to the news as well.

I really want to like this location but something changed about a year ago. Food quality dropped, the coffee started tasting burnt and I noticed they almost always miss the espresso shot.
I ordered the new Loaded Bowl and they butchered so bad, that it was inedible. The ladies are nice at the drive thru and everyone accommodates but the product quality has just suffered so bad for a consistent amount of time. It could be ownership but it needs to be addressed.
