Only in town for the night and didn’t really want another chain dinner. So lucky I found this spot near my hotel. Reviews and recommendations were spot on. I loved the Lemon Rice Soup and just had to try the Broiled Greek Pork Chops with Greek Potatoes. They were both excellent! Would love to come back once day.

I love this place! The service is great and the food is even better. All you can eat lemon rice soup, Romain lettuce salad with fresh veggies and garlic dressing (superb!) and hot fresh dinner rolls and butter topped it off…so good! Be prepared to make some difficult choices because the menu is extensive in a good way. Portions are generous resulting in a great value experience. Will be going back soon.

Hello everyone! I wanted to write a review of this small cafe here! I wanna first state how wounderful the service was. Our waitress was very kind and helpful, and was quick to make sure we had a wounderful time.
Albeit, we did come in when there wasn’t much people. I know she worked hard to make sure to keep things running and doing her best!
Today, we ordered their lunch special: Patty Melt Deluxe, with our side being cittage fries. It comes with their soup: Lemon Rice.
Now, I’m a big sucker for Lemon Rice soup and their Lemons are great! You can taste the zestinesa from the lemon mixed with the contents of the slightly salted soup. The rice is perfectly cooked, no hard rice here!
Their bread rolls aren’t as soild on the outside as your typical roll, but they were easy to tear apart and dip into the soup! No bread bowel, but soup dip is also a favorite!
The Melt though, was the dish to get. The Pattu Melt comes with carmalized onions and cheese. At this time, we are unable to tell you the chese as we ate the patty quickly due to it being delicious.
The cottage fries were very delicious as well. Soft and salted to perfection. We may have ate a bit to much, but we were satisfied.
My Italian cheif friend here agrees that you should come over and support this small little place and give them love!

We love trying new family restaurants, so while we were out of town, we decided to give this a try. We expected bland food but were pleasantly surprised!
The soup (tomato rosa marina) was perfectly seasoned with the right amount of salt. My lemon pepper pork chop was huge, and the seasoning was AMAZING. It was definitely the star of the show, due to my side of grilled vegetables being lackluster (not cooked long enough, and no seasoning). The rice had a unique lemony taste to it that was good. My husbands food came with gravy that was also unique in flavor but so good! We were also surprised that the dinners came with a dessert, so that was an added bonus!
The service was also amazing. Kim was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t know what to get, so she was able to give me recommendations, and she answered all of my questions. She made sure we had everything we needed.
We know where we will be coming next time we are in town!

The prices went way up from what the pictures show and the food looks and tastes like it’s all from a can. Even the hot sauce tastes like they added something to stretch it. Service was ok though.

I ordered the chicken stir fry and was very disappointed. From the dried out chicken to the frozen (not fresh) veggies along with uncooked rice it was horrible. The waitress was wonderful and we actually tipped her extra.

I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the gravy look like the meat might have been spam because it didn’t look or taste like sausage. And it had a brown tint to it. It did not taste good at all. The bacon and eggs and hash browns we’re okay. There are better choices for breakfast in the area.

We were looking for food at a local business and this was a great choice. It’s a small place where the people are comfortable enough to take off their shoes while eating. The service was great as was the food. The prices match the amount of the delicious, freshly made food served. There are regulars who are known by face and name. Go early because it fills up quickly. We wanted to go back for breakfast on Sunday but by 9:30 am the place was already at COVID capacity. If we’re ever in this area again, we’ll be sure to stop for a bite to eat!

Food was average. Nothing to race about. Standard cafe experience. Was not offered a high chair for my daughter. Server kept apologizing for everything which got annoying. Ordered a 12″ pizza but they stated they ran out. So I know the pizza dough is store bought. Got the 16″ at no extra charge which was a good gesture. Place is quaint and small. To feed 4 people the bill was around $30 which makes this the most affordable location I’ve experienced. If you need a bite and on a budget, stop in.
