The japchae was delicious. Not everyone can make the noodles properly and they were perfect. The GM was personally serving guests. She made recommendations and was friendly, but not overbearing. The restaurant is spacious and clean. I would definitely return. I saw the previous reviews, but it seems they are under new management. I was seated and served quickly.

I would have liked to eat at the restaurant but no one came out and said anything, so I placed a to go order. When someone did finally come out while I was ordering they just placed a to go order and the counter and walked away. Service is awful. I had the chicken katsu and wings. Chicken katsu had pretty good flavor but was dry unfortunately. The wings were good but expensive. I will not be coming back.

Ordered the Seoul sampler for me and my girlfriend and there was more than enough food for the both of us. Came with 4 wings and 2 drumsticks that were super crispy and amazing in the soy garlic, bulgogi fries which i 100% would recommend. Coleslaw that just blends well with anything we ate from the sampler, Korean street corn that did not disappoint and potstickers which just rounded out the wonderful tasting sampler. Service was quick. I swear i ordered and 10 minutes later food was at the table. Not very busy for a Saturday which was surprising given the area but it was a nice quiet dinner and they had tvs showing a couple of college games. Sit atvthe bar and eat and drink or at a table with friends. 3rd time I eat bonchon and it gets better every time!

I went on Tuesday with my husband and they have on Mondays and Tuesdays $1 a wing deal . 15 wings max per table . But the food was amazing, wings were crispy and tender and the soy garlic sauce was such a good sauce . Season fries were crispy and the food came out fast as well and placed looked very nice and it’s cold outside right now but the place was just right with the temperature inside. And the lady that served us was nice and attentive. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back again . Thank you

When this place first opened it was really good, but I’m not sure if the owner is really present to see how the business is ran. I’ve been here multiple times to be let down just to give this place another chance and I guess today just did it over the top for me. Just a couple things I experienced when I wanted to give Bonchon another chance—
-If you are calling in to place an order around 6pm, expect your call not to be taken.
-I understand it’s summer time and AC usually breaks down. At least have some fans for your customers that are dining in because me sitting at the bar just waiting for my food I started sweating.
-If you are understaffed, or your employees are overworked.. you can tell. Walked in, one waitress frantically getting to go orders ready and serving another table. I was ordering on the kiosk and didn’t need assistance but I made the first gesture and said “Hello how are you?” Of course not a simple welcome in or let me know if you need anything, just kept on walking. I could tell she was stressed.
-And lastly, the small wings are fine. But if you order the large drumsticks, it’s the luck of the draw which chicken they cut into to check if the chicken is done because 3/4 of my drumsticks were RAW. I was going to feed some to my kids but after seeing that, it made me nervous feeding my kids anything from this order.

We have ordered to go from this place several times and love when they have the Yumdrum trio. The chicken this time was cooked perfectly and was well seasoned and crispy) we got one order of soy garlic as well as yangnyeom) and the Korean fried donuts are amazing.

Not worth the visit. Me and my friend planned on eating here for an after work lunch but when we walked in, we waited for 10 minutes to be seated and no one approached us. The lobby was empty except for the employees and a child. So we ordered to go and just waited for the food. We got the food with minimal interaction and decided we were gonna eat outside instead. Those tables haven’t been cleaned in ages so we ate in our car instead. Good food but horrible service and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Also I ordered and payed extra for seasoned fries and they gave me regular ones.

Went on a quick date with the woman that I am madly in love with and had a great meal , great company .And the service was spectacular. Wings are dope. Garlic parmesian fries are also great .
