I really enjoyed the ambiance and the professionalism of the staff. The only downside was that the quality of the steak wasn’t quite up to par. It wasn’t served as well-done as I had ordered, so they had to fix it. Overall, still a great experience!

We had a group of 6 and we all had a blast! So much fun! Great service from both Benson and Liza! They were helpful, friendly, and very patient with our group. I would recommend to ask for Benson or Liza, best in the place. We love RSM BJ’s and love the atmosphere when we go on Tuesdays.

New pizza is such a huge disappointment. It’s dry and the pepperonis are small and flavorless- nowhere near what it was. Nice bar, wings and burgers are still good, good drinks. Service is still good but we won’t back for pizza- not to mention $32 for that pizza !! What was a 1-2 times a month visit will now be 1-2 times a year.

Service is really 50/50, have had horrible service here where I ordered 2 dinners and both me and my girlfriends water were not refilled one time. Waiter did not stop by at all and food was brought out by the busser after a really long wait. The restaurant was not busy when this happened. Ive had my pizookies also take almost a whole hour to come out one time. On other occasions service has been great, and this one smaller blonde waiter is really polite and makes sure to check up on me throughout my meal and refill my water everytime I have her as my waitress. Food is good but the price could be a little lower for what it is. Atmosphere at times can be a little hectic and busy when all the teenagers are there for pizookie Tuesdays.

We love Pizookie Tuesday!!! My friends and I always have so much fun. We always request Benson as our server his energy and the way he treats his guests really make every Pizookie Tuesday special. We truly have a blast every Tuesday!

Monday night family dinner at bj had an amazing time. Wanted to come out for Monday night football. Love the fact that it’s half price Pizza and you ain’t going to buy a better deep dish pizza. Had the opportunity to meet Christopher, the manager, one of the nicest polite gentlemen I’ve met in a long time came over introduced himself shook my hand made sure service was above expectations. The food was good. Treated me like family. Felt like he was my long lost family member that I haven’t seen in a week. Service five stars atmosphere. Five stars for a family dinner outstanding. Our server never refilled our drinks and we had a Pazooki as part of my meal that she forgot about and then when we ordered it, it took forever and then she finally told us that someone else took it, but hadn’t communicated that earlier so we were sitting for quite a long time just me and my eight-year-old grandson. He was more upset about the service than I was.
