I was really impressed with my meal at over all experience at Austin’s. From the time I walked in, they made me and my family feel so welcomed and so comfortable. Our server, Bri took such good care of us and made sure all of our meals came out right in addition to being so friendly to our table. It was nice that the GM, Phil stopped by to check on us too. I had the prime rib special that they serve on Fridays and Saturdays. That meat was so juicy. It was smoked too! It was such a thick cut of meat. 11/10 for this experience. I’ll for sure be back!

Austin’s did not meet my expectations. The atmosphere was great service was fantastic. But the flavors were not very…well flavorful. The steak was not seasoned enough, the pasta side was plain too, not enough garlic and missing salt. The Perch fish dinner is preformed patties NOT filets. (As stated not acceptable for this price or this restaurant)

Ordered the zucchini pasta with shrimp,pesto sauce the shrimp was small and tough, my In-laws ordered a steak that was supposed to be at med rare and. Was well done no pink at all but didn’t want to wait on a new one to be made. The experience wasn’t what I expected. Dave our server was very nice. Would like to come back and try again but going to have to think about. Also little pricey for zucchini noodles.

Some stuff is good, but other stuff is not. The artichoke dip and chips were delicious. When it came to our actual meal, things were not so great. I got the salmon with rice and parmesan potatoes. The salmon wasn’t seasoned at all, and the rice seemed a little old and stuck together. The potatoes were delicious. My boyfriend got the lobster mac and cheese, and it was small and also not very flavorful. He originally wanted to get the prime rib dip, but they ran out of the bread they use for it. We also got the molten lava cake, which was yummy. Honestly, though, for the price we paid for everything, it wasn’t worth it. We also got drinks, which were ok, but they definitely seem to go heavy on the alcohol.

Unfortunately I ordered the Alfredo. It was extremely salty. I literally couldn’t eat it.
Fortunately our server was so friendly and made the experience worth the visit.
But, then we were asked to leave as we were finishing our coffee and dessert. Very off putting.

Very dissapointing
Atmosphere- very loud and felt like we were sitting with the people next table to us ( to close)
Food- awful
I asked the waitress if I order Med well steak just a little pink is that what I’ll get- she said Yes
Nope- very red..not Med Well
My baked potato? Nothing inside to eat
My husband got prime rib
Looked like a flat gray piece of meat.

We’ve been going here for years and have enjoyed great food, however, the last two times we have been there have not been so great. The meat was very overcooked and dried out both times, the first time it was a cheeseburger and the second time it was the barbecued ribs. in the past these have been typically juicy and delicious, but it was very disappointing the past two times I’ll give them one more try, if it is the same I may have to stop patronizing Austin’s in Brecksville until they get a new Cook or retrain the one they have. Something is different there and it’s not good.

I have been here several times. Very nice atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. Last time the steak was a little over done from what I ordered, but still was very good. This place is a little on the pricey side for dinner, but the lunch menu is price very well. I always enjoy the martinis!
