I didn’t want to believe that somehow a 3.4 star rating is gonna effect me. But I was wrong, going through the drive through I was asked to wait in the parking lot for my $15 dollar order. After 10min wait I came inside and was treated like a brand new customer. Only after explaining my order did I finally get it.

No one in front counter. it was all about the drive-through. The one person behind the counter was mostly absent and very rude! The customers were getting fed up instead of fed!

I’m only putting one star because there is no option for zero. The cashier Maribel gave us only 4 hot sauces in a 20 pc order despite asking for enough for all. She was rude and ignored us whenever we had questions. I do not recommend this gross place with employees with attitudes like this. You will not get even bare minimum customer service!

Cashier was helping a customer that was paying. I was next behind her. Once their transaction finish, cashier walked away, didn’t even acknowledge, didn’t even say I will be right back, she just walked away. Stand there for about 10 min before she came back. Two other customers came in and couldn’t believe that they would walk pass the register and wouldn’t even acknowledge, any eye contact or anything. Horrible service.. by the way the cashier was Elizabeth.. smh

The cashier at the time tried to redirect me to the kiosk. When I shook my head NO she told me that I was going to have to wait for the other person which took more than 5 minutes. Once I placed my order the food order was completed in less time that I had waited for someone to take my order

Mannnn! Nasty attitudes, no one working but 2 females.. Clerk at drive thru window was there dealing with the same and only customer in the drive thru…other person just looked at me and went to the back room. No, “we’ll be right with you” or anything. I left I never force anyone to take my money!

So everything was fine at first. I went a month ago through drive through and a young man helped me and was awesome. Fast forward to today and a young lady helped me in drive through but told me I had to walk in to pay with card. Even after I pleaded with her because I didn’t have enough mask in the car for my children but she still declined so I went in. Well once entering the male employee working the front cash register was already arguing with another young lady about ice, which was really uncomfortable how he was talking to the young lady. The woman in drive through was completely ignoring me so I just waited for the next register to open to place my order again. Placed the same order from drive through but then noticed a special that was basically the same thing so I canceled my order and ordered the special well this must’ve been a HUGE inconvenience for the staff because the male employee who was arguing with the other young lady stormed off and told them to stop making my order. They were rolling their eyes and throwing my food in the bag Lol and yes they messed up my sides so I had to send it back and guess what I found when I got home to eat my meal. HAIR, HAIR, HAIR!!! I was so grossed out and disgusted I threw it out. Told my grandmother and aunt who always goes there I recommend never going back and to all of you I wouldn’t recommend going there either. They obviously don’t appreciate or value their customers or their jobs…
