Really cool place to grab some ice cream in Front Royal They have a lot of flavors to pick from and even some sugar free and dairy free options!
The ambiance is pretty cool and reminds me of the 90s nostalgia. Definitely make it a point to stop by if you’re in town, you won’t be disappointed!!

If heaven had a restaurant on earth, it would surely be looking like this. Step inside and you’re greeted not just with ice cream, but with happiness itself: bright colors, whimsical signs, a carousel of painted ponies, and walls filled with memories. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, perfectly fitting into this joyful place as if they’re part of the magic. The décor makes you smile before you’ve even tasted a scoop, and then the ice cream… oh, the ice cream! Phenomenal flavors that delight kids and adults alike, creamy creations that make happiness tangible with every bite. This isn’t just dessert—it’s pure joy served on a spoon. A phenomenal place that makes the world feel lighter the moment you step inside.

My family and I absolutely loved this little spot as we were passing through town. The quality of the ice cream is very good.

This place is just amazing. My husband and I stopped by for a banana split and were blown away by all the wonderful homemade flavors. The space was nice and cozy with fun decor that would expect in a fun ice cream shop. We especially enjoyed the hospitality and hearing the owner is from Louisiana, being Texans. We will definitely be stopping by again next chance we can.

What an amazing experience! We love how it was encouraged to try different flavors, and if you asked for vanilla or chocolate the rule was ‘you had to try at least 3 flavors first’. All 3 were very welcoming and personable, in lieu of us being a large group. We also had a very nice conversation with the owner and enjoyed hearing on how he gives back to the community, wishing we could be here for the crawfish festival on Mother’s Day weekend! The shop was quaint and cozy with the decorations from all the different customers. Everything was homemade and delicious and highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. I know we will definitely be back!

I visited C&C Frozen Treats on a warm day visiting Front Royal, VA. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and overall enjoyed it, but one of the ice cream flavours which I had chosen as part of the sundae wasn’t very flavourful. I didn’t notice too many flavours to choose from, or special flavours at that. The service was good and the ice cream shop is clean but its atmosphere is a little busy with random figures stuck everywhere (maybe this is their theme?) Thank you

This is a super fun, quirky, but homey ice cream joint that has really put a lot of care into everything! It was clear walking up and stepping inside that it was going to be good, and a bit of an experience too. They make all their own stuff, and had very unique ice cream flavors (ice cream was overall pretty good), as well as Italian ice and ice cream pies! I really can’t think of another ice cream shop that I can compare C&C’s with – they are totally unique. Their staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a delight to sit inside and take a long gander at all their crazy signs – and their crazy owners! I hope I get the chance to visit such a fun place as this again.

Such a cool ice cream parlor! The brownie batter tasted exactly like licking the spoon before putting them in the oven. The blackberry was delish as well! Wish we lived closer!

You’ve gotta stop here when visiting Frint Royal. Huck has brought our childhood back at C&C Frozen Treats, which is a gem with great ice cream.

Tasty ice cream, lots of unusual flavors, and friendly staff make this a Front Royal favorite. The place is really cute. Parking on the street, in the back of stores, or in the town lot across the street. We were there for a Hershey School fundraiser, so the ice cream was free. Thank you!
