Door to lobby was locked, double checked hours and it should indeed have been open for two hours at that point. Three workers behind the counter just watched us, no signaling that they were closed temporarily or anything.
Drive thru was open, woman at the speaker box was incredibly rude, rushing us through our order and loudly yelling “WHAT ELSE? OKAY?” With serious attitude after every item. This would be almost understandable if there had been a crazy line but there were maybe 2 cars at max in the drive thru.

The quality of food and employee appearance is geyting worde at this location.
The woman with blond dreads just slopped together my breakfast sandwich that was clearly microwaved which made it hot and soggy …it wasn’t toasted. How can you work with food and not have your hair up.
Grown women with kid stickers stuck on their face is that part of the uniform?!..The food, customer service and employee appearance has gotten worse at this establishment…smh

Phone number on company site and google doesn’t work. Went to the store, they were opened but had NO donuts at 330pm on a Tuesday. Do better!!

I ordered an hour before closing, and they canceled it 40 minutes later because they were out of donuts. Why stay open until 7 pm, taking DoorDash orders, if you’re out of donuts? This is the second time this has happened.

Wow! I have been to some bad DD but this one just awful. I stop to get coffee and use the RR NO TOILET PAPER NO HAND SOAP. I asked for the long straws for the large drink I have, no don’t have those. Can’t taste any carmel in my iced latte.
My bacon was not the snackin bacon no season on it at all.
I would say this DD needs corporate to fix a few things.

I take the nice things i said back. You guys consistently suck. Tired of wasting money there.
JULY 14, 2024. I’m going to be honest. We weren’t going to come back. We were going every weekend and for a solid month or so it was terrible. Other customers were yelling the last time we went and driving off. We decided to try again. It was great. The gentleman at the window had everything handled and running smoothly. Best coffee I’ve had in a minute. Keep up the good work. And keep that employee!

Just left dunkin a few minutes ago. I had a good experience from the time I ordered until I drove away. The guy taking my order was very nice and patient compared to the last few times I went…I dont speak very loud and the last time I went the lady taking orders was rude about it but that’s another story for another day. Got to the window today and was told they were out of sourdough, the ladies went above and beyond to offer an alternative and I actually ended up liking it better. I dont usually leave reviews unless the service is really bad but Im really happy with my experience today.

4 people working behind the counter when we arrived, no line but other people already served sitting inside. The donuts were really kind of dry/stale, like they had been in case overnight. The drinks, all different, tasted like they used dirty mop water to mix them. In fact, we threw them all away when we stopped at the gas station just afterwards. The heavy set white girl that waited on us seemed like it was her 1st day, or her mind was elsewhere. She asked us 3 times what we wanted from the donut case…we got 4 doughnuts! Terrible experience. And by the time she was ringing us up, as 2 of the employees were bickering, there were about 8 people waiting to order.

My signature latte was watery. I had to wait longer for my steak and cheese roll up because they didn’t have any steak prepped. After waiting for at least 7 minutes, the steak was burnt to a crisp. I will never visit this location again.
