This was my first time here. It was very busy. The wait time was still decent, about 10- 15 minutes to get our food. Plenty of seating. Some of the tables did need attention. The customer service was pleasant enough. The food was hot, flavorful and tasted good. The chicken tenders were hot and crispy. The waffle fries could have been deep fried a couple of minutes longer. However, I will eat here again. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I’ve been to many fast-food places, but there’s something different about Chick-fil-A. From the moment you walk in, you feel that mix of warmth, order, and calm that most restaurants miss. The staff actually look at you when they take your order, and their “my pleasure” doesn’t sound rehearsed it feels genuine.

The food always arrives fresh, hot, and consistent. The chicken sandwich is simple but perfect: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and that hint of butter on the bun makes every bite feel like comfort food done right. The waffle fries are golden and soft inside they don’t just fill you up, they make you pause and appreciate the balance of flavor and texture.

What I also love is the cleanliness. The tables, floors, and even the sauce counters are spotless. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the place shining. I’ve watched employees greet families, help elders with trays, and even bring refills without being asked. That level of care is rare anywhere, especially in a busy chain restaurant.

Every time I visit, it feels less like a quick meal and more like a small moment of calm in the middle of a busy day. Whether it’s the friendly service, the soft Christian music in the background, or the steady rhythm of the kitchen, there’s something peaceful about being there.

Chick-fil-A isn’t just selling food it’s serving people with respect, warmth, and excellence. That’s what keeps me coming back

Pick two: Good, Fast or Cheap. Too bad only one was archived on this visit.

We ordered online to help speed up our order as we had somewhere to be. The app said our order would be started as we got closer which is great, but it was not started until, we arrived and then we had to wait 15-20 minutes before our order was ready. Why order online or in the app/advance if we need to wait this long when we arrive at the location? Yes I understand it was their dinner rush, for the location and this helps with keeping the food warm and fresh but just disappointed that we had to wait as long as we did when we planned/ordered ahead.

I spent $34.70 on two meals and a wrap, so I sent the above comments to Chick-fil-A and they responded with what looks to be a auto reply offering a free $3.00 side menu item that expires in a few months. Doubt I will go back before ot expires and was not looking for anything free. I would have prefered not to lose 15-20 minutes waiting for my order then wasting my time/evening. Remember time is money!

I wanted to share my experience so other know what to expect and hopefully Chick-fil-A can improve their processes, but doesn’t sound like it helped.

Enjoy Life!

I’ve only used the mobile pickup drive through line. Received our food just how we ordered it. Was also hot and fresh. The salad was bagged separately from the hot food so it stayed cool for the drive home.

They got our order wrong, asked for chicken strips instead of the nuggets- they got it wrong. For myself I asked for crispy chicken nuggets and I got the grilled ones ‍♀️. Everyone got disappointed!

I am writing to share a recent experience that fell short of the exceptional service I have come to associate with your brand. My son placed a mobile order, and I agreed to drive him to pick it up because of the outstanding customer service I’ve experienced at your Maple Grove and Fargo, ND locations. Unfortunately, this visit was very different.
Despite placing a mobile order with the expectation of faster service, every in-store order was fulfilled first while mobile orders were left waiting. I watched as orders were being prepared inside the store, assuming they were for other customers, only to realize later that they were ours—completed only after all in-store orders were done. This was frustrating, especially given the cold weather.
When our order was finally brought out, the first comment from the team member was, “It’s so cold out here,” with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. When I asked for his name, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, repeatedly saying “What?” with outstretched arms, which felt confrontational.
I want to emphasize that I am not seeking to get anyone in trouble. However, this experience was disappointing enough that I chose to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Chick-fil-A’s reputation for great service is what sets you apart, and I urge you to ensure that all team members receive retraining on customer service standards. A simple apology and polite communication would have made a big difference.
Please take this feedback seriously so that no other customer has a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

No point in doing mobile orders, line moves very slow and the in person orders get served first. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this. This is the first chick fil a location I actually dislike. The younger works do a good job but I don’t think it is managed well here. Go to the Maple Grove Chick Fil a if you want decent service.

Enjoy my 20 photos! This is my 1st time at this location. It was clean, everyone was so nice. And patient! My older friend, it was her first time here, and even though she looked at the menu ahead of time, you’re staff was still patient with her! Thank you!!

I go here regularly and they’re usually okay but last few months have just had so many issues. They typically forgot a sauce or two which is fine I guess but I visited yesterday and they didn’t any of my 4 sauces in the bag. Normally I wouldn’t make a fuss about this but this location has had constant issues with stuff like that and food quality. Back in September I got sick from undercooked chicken. I thought it was maybe just a fluke but having experienced that and the constant forgetting of items that I paid for is just unacceptable.

You guys tend to have excellent food and service, but I regret to inform you that your manager Amir is terrible to your staff. Particularly the kind and evidently hardworking young man with the limp. Multiple times I witnessed said employee ask very reasonable question of Amir during a busy rush. Every time, Amir responded with something to the tune of “It’s ok just focus on __” rather than acknowledging the employee’s question, despite it being reasonable. This considering Amir was already doing his job poorly, it was quite infuriating to see.
