Our friend took us here for the best hand pulled noodles in town and it was delicious! Chewy springy noodles stir fried in the wok with amazing flavour and balance. The lamb bun was super juicy and tastes like grilled cumin lamb skewers inside a juicy bun that is both chewy and crispy from pan frying the bottom. Glad to have this authentic Uyghur cuisine at the food court. I ordered its spicy lamb noodle. It tasted flavorful but a little sour with low spicy level and chewy thick noodles. But the lamb size was less than what I expected and the price was a little high.

We decided to check out this spot during our trip despite the detour. Worth it! Food was better than we expected , Korma Chop was delicious. If you’re curious about Uyghur food, definitely stop by.

First time trying this, wonderful experience, looking forward to eating here again! Tried the #3 lamb korma (delicious!), Samsa (outstanding!), beef kebab cold noodles (outstanding, way better than I expected) and lamb kebabs (wife said “best lamb I’ve ever had!”). 10/10.

I ordered the oven baked buns from Kamils and they were absolutely delicious! The filling of minced beef, onion, black pepper, and red pepper was so flavorful—it’s one of my favorite combinations. Baking them first made the outside extra crispy, which I loved. Highly recommend!
