Worst customer service by the shift lead Sam! She doesn’t know how to deal with customers needs and concerns. Hung up on me while I was voicing my concern. General manager Haley ended up helping. But Sam needs to go. If you can’t speak to customers the proper way you shouldn’t be a lead at one of the biggest pizza companies out there.

The MOST friendly pizza staff you can find in Bakersfield. The gentleman working the register went out of his way to hold a door for an elderly women as she carried out her pizzas without being asked.
They are quick to make their pizzas, the food is good quality, and we appreciate the coupons available in their app. The app is great for putting in an order and it allows us to track the progress of our order too.

I ordered the Large New York style pizza for pick up, (fyi… have them open the pizza box so you look at the pizza. I didn’t. That was my fault). Very disappointed when I got home. The pizza looked shrunken and oily with very little toppings! Domino’s fell off! This is the highest rated Domino’s near me and it was not good. The pizza had no flavor! Needless to say, we won’t order from Domino’s in the near future.

The pizza was good but I was shocked to see a sticker on the freezer window saying 299 for a 2 L when I went to pay they said all the prices gone up to seven dollars for each 2 L bottle I was stunned. I told him I would not pay that, then when I got my pizza, I asked for napkins and peppers. She told me they no longer carry peppers and they’re out of napkins and I said why can I get peppers and she said they don’t also carry cheese either she said because they raise the employees paid $20. Domino’s cannot afford to give us free stuff anymore ???

Staff was friendly and quick to get my order to my car. Less than the 2 mins. I also called, after I placed my order, to notify the staff of my food allergy. The young man made sure to not cross contaminate and said he’d use a clean blade to cut with. I was so impressed by this. These young people working here were really nice and accommodating. Ordering for the second time this week! Can’t beat a 50% off pizza!!!

I’ve seen a lot of advertising for Domino’s lately and wanted to give them a try again. I called what I thought was a local number but ended up being a call center and the lady could hardly speak English. I had a difficult time understanding her. I placed the order for pickup. I sent my daughter to pick up the pizza and to pay with my credit card. They told her the card was declined. She had to pay with another method. She got home and told me and I called them immediately and they said they don’t take American Express. They should have told my daughter that instead of saying the card was declined! We also ordered 2 sides of ranch dressing and they are prepacked not homemade and were HORRIBLE. The pizza was nothing special. I will not order again or recommend them.

We had a Wonderful experience at Dominoes 8237. Mr. Juan was the Service person and our Girl Scout Troop was allowed to make our own pizzas. We got the behind the scenes tour and the place was spotless. They had thermometers for there toppings, many hand washing stations and the place was white glove clean. Thank You dominos for the WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! The Troops will not forget it!!!

Ordered 2 large pizza’s. Both were wrong and tasted horrible. Also got a 2 liter of sprite that was flat as hell. Not the first time this has happened. Won’t be ordering from this location again. Other locations are way better.

Few people I imagine have never tried Domino’s so I will refer mainly to this particular store. But I must first remind anyone who has not recently been to this chain that for a pizzeria the selection of non pizza items is refreshing. In particular the sandwich and pasta choices. With regards to this particular branch I was happy to see pleasant employees who seem to enjoy their work and making customers happy. Very friendly and amicable, and my order was actually a few minutes early! Thanks guys (the word guys here includes ladies as well, using currently accepted vernacular)

We ordered 5 items, 1 pep and sausage, 1 pep black olive, chicken jalapeño. 12 peice boneless chicken, and alferdo chicken pasta. The pizza with pep tasted so foul. The chcken tasted so nasty. There was a small bug in our pasta. I called to complain and the lady cussedhung up on me. They don’t want me to explain myself. I order from them once a week. If anyone else had a bad experience please speak up.
