I have to give a huge shoutout to Ariel at KFC! Her service was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and even made fresh pot pies just for us. That kind of care and attention isn’t something you see every day!
Ariel was friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our visit great. Because of her, we left with hot, fresh food and big smiles.

Ordered in app. When I arrived they said it would be 5 minutes. It took 15. I ordered milk with the kid’s meal and received lemonade. They said they don’t have milk.
Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had at KFC.
I can’t imagine KFC staying in business much longer, the service is so bad.

Never ordering online from this place again! The staff don’t know who’s order is what and the manager was right there, just as clueless as can be with them. Waited over 30 minutes to receive cold, nasty food. Had to go back in because half of my food was missing and they remedied it with old, not fresh chicken. Do Not eat at this location unless you want to get sick. I opted for a full refund and gave them their garbage food back.

I did an online order on a trip .. we live far from a KFC and was so excited about the stop. Oh boy .. even tho I called immediately, was informed not taking orders over the phone,
(Loss of business whoever is the owner) even tho it was just a request to my online order… Everytime I spoke I was snapped at.
I wanted 2 fresh POT PIE … AND
Willing to wait for as long as it takes!
I was told NO! The Pot pies were baked 15 minutes ago .. and we both got a gross, soft, spongie crust.. exactly what I was trying to avoid … Maybe my airfrier can help remedy it to make it edible.
I ordered a special . Potato bites and they had none….

Even the workers looked kinda sad at me .. as she seems so nasty in how she spoke…. Maybe she’s having a bad day…. But cutting me off.. talking over me.. I apparently, I didn’t even say my name right when she asked who the order is under…and telling me no to all my request gave me little or no customer service… Everything irritated her.
KFC is off my list of places to go, I believe.. after this experience in Gulfport MS…
I spent over $70 bucks here!!!!!!

Ordered the chicken & waffles family box with a side of mac and cheese… apparently “family box” means some of your order and zero sauces. The chicken was warm but had all the flavor of a napkin. I considered going back for the missing items, but after how rude the manager was the first time, I figured I’d just enjoy my dry chicken in silence. Shoutout to the sweet cashier, though—you deserve better.

If I could give a zero i would. I come here all the time however today was not a good experience. I wanted to ajust my meal just a little and every response was we don’t have a button for that. Had to wait 20 min for fresh chicken after not accepting the old they tried to give me. What happened to customer service. I wasn’t asking for to much I was spending money I just wanted what I wanted. Is that to much to ask for?

This is the worst KFC I’ve visited. First, the young lady at the counter seems to not understand how to take your food order and greet customers as they come in because she just stood there and stared at me until I told her I had placed an online order and here to pick it up. My order was to be ready in 15 minutes, so I was there in 20 cause things can happen. She says “it not ready yet.” ok, so I sit down and talk to another customer that said he been there 30 minutes waiting. I’m not going to be here they long cause I had an online that should be ready at any minute. One guy preparing the take out boxes asked her what he have she looked at him and showed him the bag my food was to be in and laughed. The two pops were waiting on the counter. So the guy comes back and says, “we outta chicken!” I said ok, but I placed my order, and it was said to be ready. So, he says we outta sure meat, I said ok but what does have to do with me? He said ain’t non ready, and it’ll be 14 minutes for the batch. I said ok, I’ll go to Walmart, come back to get my order. I get back and the drive-thru is swamped with cars and people coming in complaining theme l they’ve been in the drive-thru for 30 minutes! So here is I’m waiting again only because my us already in kfc cash register online. So now the coworkers arguing about who gets food first in front of hungry and frustrated customers. So i asked where my food from 35 minutes ago. The young lady from the counter looking like she’s lost in space just walked and started laughing… now this could have easily been on the tv show customer wars! So, I asked the guy who was running back and forth outside to calm customers down was the only person that had a sense of urgency here. So, 45 minutes I finally received my prepaid food and new drinks because she looked at those old drinks like she was going to give them to me but he seen my face and quickly changed them . And the bad thing about it is the people from the area says this happens all the time. Im not from here but do gulfport a favor and close this horrible place.

This lady attitude is HORRIBLE she had 7-8 cars bagged up all around the restaurant leading way out to the highway people started to drive away the line was that long and HOT AND because her and another heavy set lady was in there horse playing making jokes and laughing at their phones i literally stayed in line 51 minutes just for some chicken and she had the nerves to curse me out and throw an attitude pointing her fingers at me aggressivelyI have never seen before this type of behavior should not be in any kind of workplace, especially dealing with someone food PLEASE AVOID THIS Restaurant at all cost save yourself time & money !

Came tonight and ordered on the app. Went to drive in window and gave them my name. They found me. He said drive around to the front. I did. 22 minutes later went into the store. They said it would be another 12 minutes. I told them I’d been waiting 22 minutes but they seemed very unconcerned. Offered me a free side.
Came back out to the car, waited 15 minutes and then our food finally came out. That was a 45 minute wait for a 16 piece chicken.
