This location is amazing and truly sets the standard for customer service. I placed a DoorDash delivery order, and while it arrived, the driver accidentally left some items behind. Shortly after, I received a call from Chipotle asking if I could come back to pick them up. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to but this location went above and beyond by sending one of their own employees to personally deliver the missing items to our office.
To make things even better, they included extra items as a kind gesture. I genuinely commend this level of care and accountability. What could have been an unpleasant experience turned into an outstanding one. I will absolutely be ordering from this location again. Thank you for your exceptional service, you are truly appreciated!

Super disappointed. Came around 9pm on a Friday, and even though the location is open till 11pm, they were out of carnitas, steak, fajita veggies, ice, and Coke Zero. Terrible management to run out of so many items at once. I mean honestly, how is the possible, other than being too lazy to prepare more food. And ice, really? I had to ask one of the employees standing around, who got me a small cup of ice, rather than filling the machine. Do better!!!!!

Rockville Pike location is the worst! Staff was not friendly and not professional. This is our Third time that our chicken quesadilla was not hot. even thw chesse inside still not melt. The salad in my bowl is also old. my husband’ burritos is also cold. we will order from different locations.

I never got to come here, so it was a treat to have such a great burrito! They always make everything so flavorful. The meats have always been on point. The portions are great. I’m going to be missing being able to be there to get more.

Placed a order for 2 bowls. One bowl didn’t have any barbacoa as requested on the doordash. A bowl full of rice beans and lettuce. Unbelievable and when calling the store they transfer you to a agent instead of this location. Poor customer service. Untrained staff unable to make a simple order.

Ordered a barbacoa bowl for delivery (additional $2.30 on Ubereats for Barbacoa), total was over 14 dollars for just my bowl and they completely left out my protein. Like, none in there… it’s always skimp portions and restaurants prices everytime we go… now this. Uber won’t give me a refund either and the store doesn’t answer the phone.

There’s a small girl with silver rimmed glasses who had the rudest service. She said “we don’t have any” when I asked for medium salsa twice when there’s clearly more in the back and some left in the actual container. She also glared at us and did not say a thing after we asked for lettuce and proceeded to close the bowl without any lettuce.
Please don’t work if you are going to treat customers like they’re scum and not do your job which is to pour the ingredients that we ask for in a bowl. The least you can do is listen to our order and do it right or explain if you’re out of lettuce.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing because of how the manager, Carlos, handled things. The restaurant was understaffed and the line was moving slowly, which I understand can happen — but instead of helping his team or addressing customers respectfully, Carlos was rude and dismissive.
