They took forever to get me my order from the app and they didn’t give me what I had ordered… an employee or manager was trying to get an order right for another customer who had been supposedly waiting for an hour… I had been waiting for about 30 minutes too… the sauces I ordered for my fries were not included and was given 2 cups with chopped jalapeños which I didn’t order.
I’ll add to my previous comment. I was hoping for better food and service but nope. No condiments were added to what I ordered and they took 20 minutes for 4 simple hotdogs. I will now surely not be back…

Wow I hate to do this but like 20 minutes wait, then the attendant shows up and tells me my bill but doesn’t even have my food. The machines buttons weren’t working so I couldn’t even purchase like that. Then I only get two packet of ketchup for two burgers with fries and when I ask for extra he gives me a face and doesn’t bring back anything. Genuinely I shouldn’t be getting this kind of crap for 20 dollars.

I’m a disabled dude and have a sonic half a mile down my house and constantly go there , just would like to thank and appreciate all the service a,love and care from this whole crew , honestly they keep the place really clean and always are ready to help me due to my physical conditions, honestly , that all should get a raise …. Will not be coming here anymore! Every time I go the workers for some reason always have an attitude as if they are being forced to work here. Decided to give it another chance since it is the closest location to me. Spent about 30 min for my food when I was literally the only car in the whole parking lot. After the first 20 min of waiting I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they were having technical issues so waited and then another car pulls into drive through and orders and then about 2 min go by and they bring a big bag of food out and they leave. Decided to call and ask how much longer, girl/guy manager that was working picked up the phone didn’t even let me get a sentence out and said are you the person in stall 5 as if he/she knew I had been waiting forever and didn’t let me know that it would be a long wait just considering I was the only person there. She/he then brought my food out 2 min later and it wasn’t even fresh. Felt as if they had left it under the heating areas for 10 min. Disappointed and will not be trying again.

I never do this, but today I went by to order a corn dog kids meal and they asked me Tater Tots or Fries and I said fries plus I also ordered small order of mozzarella sticks and again they asked Ranch or Marinara sauce, I said marinara. I get home and there were no fries and no marinara AND the mozzarella sticks were over fried and cold. Why ask if you are not going to give me what I asked for? Very disappointing. I always go there but this time, they were bad with service.

The food is great, the crew members are amazing but the waiting time takes sooooo long. Luckily, I’m a very patient person and never in a rush when it comes to ordering fast-food but it could be a problem for others. When I went to order at least 4 items, it took them 30 minutes to be given to me. Still, the food was fresh and warm.
