Most fast food places are all the same, terrible customer service, can’t get an order right, forgets things from the order. This restaurant is no different!
It doesn’t matter what you order they are going to forget something, or they use the wrong cheese because it’s just quicker for them or they don’t completely grill something so nothing is melted like it should.
If you order more than four or five things, expect something to be forgotten. We have just learned with this location that if we want to come here we have to order online and do several separate orders in order for us to get things correctly. When there’s five of us trying to order several different things, this location just can’t handle more than a few items.

Food was not filled, incorrect and served with a bad attitude. I sent my daughter in to pick up my mobile order at 730 pm today. A woman just clocked in and began yelling at my daughter about picking up a mobile order. She was rude for no reason. Waited for our food it was all soggy. Asked for no lettuce, it was wrong. Tacos were broken and not even filled correctly. Rude woman made the food it was horrible just like her attitude. 30 dollars for garbage.

I would be utterly embarrassed to work at, manage at, or own this taco bell location. The food is about on par with normal taco bell food but the service is the slowest amongst all food services I have ever seen. I placed an online order and prepaid in the hopes of a quick and easy pickup, I got to the restaurant and proceeded to sit in the drive thru for literally 41 minutes. Not an exaggeration, pulled up to the drive thru at 1:37pm, got to the window at 2:16pm and was told “my food would be right up”, and I ended up getting the food and left at 2:18pm. No apologies from any staff regarding the wait time at all. This is not the first time I’ve waited longer than usual at this location. Truly embarrassing. I will never be returning to this location.

Employees here are a bit rude, I’m inside and hearing them complaining about how many tacos I ordered. I came here around 5pm on a Sunday, they charged me for green sauces and didn’t give me any hot sauces despite asking for it. My brother came back to get some hot sauces and they told him some tale where they “asked me” if I wanted any hot sauces despite putting them on my order… I wasn’t asked, they just chose to not put any hot sauce in my bag. This was a 2 star review till they lied about it.

And ever since coming back I’m also tired of going here and them giving us 6 to 8 handfuls of hot sauce. This is even too much to use for on each taco… Whoever is working the night shift on the weekend seriously needs to be put in check.

I’m also sick of having to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru. Every time I come here I see people getting out of line because of how long it’s taking. Today I saw three people leave including one person who already made their order but didn’t pay for it. This LOCATION IS SO SLOOWWW!!!

Is it typical to wait 25 minutes+ longer than what it said for an online order? Been almost an hour and half and been sitting inside for 30 minutes. When I placed the order it said 40 min eta. Idk I work really long hours and my home time is valuable. I would have much rather spent the last 30 mins resting at home. Not complaining I just wish they said pick up ready in 90 minutes so I didn’t have to spend an hour inside the store smh

I don’t compliant whatsoever becus it’s just food but when ur waiting in the drive-thru for 26mins and ppl r driving off you would expect them to have ur order correct? Received it and it was completely wrong. This is more then 3 times that they have done this and the manager didnt even look sorry or apologize bout the situation.

** Updated to 5 stars because I spoke with Ariana who was very sincere about the managers horrible customer service, remaking mine & my husband’s order, & very understanding! She was AWESOME. Otherwise, the night staff can suck a stiff one.
Nasty manager working nights at this location. Refused to fix my food that I waited over FORTY minutes for. I paid for extra chicken but there’s literally THREE pieces of chicken on my cantina power bowl. Argumentive. You really want me to drive 15 minutes back there so “you can show me what 3 scoops of chicken looks like” after I told you there’s 3 pieces? I dug through the ENTIRE power bowl, you filled it with rice. Claimed that she made it herself but it was made incorrectly, she didn’t like being corrected. Hung up on me. That’s okay, because I’ll be calling corporate & I kept my receipt girly. Take your nasty attitude somewhere else. Go to the Taco Bell over on Gratiot; at least they don’t mess up your food & if they do, they fix it. He’s a mechanic who didn’t get a chance to eat at all & was looking forward to his meal & was just as bothered as I was about my food! I even had him check my power bowl bc I thought I was crazy; nope, literally 3 pieces of chicken.

Worst taco bell. I ordered fries, received nachos chips. Went to the counter with the receipt. First person looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. So another person asked if they could help me. I again explained my problem 3 of them were complaining like I was trying to scam them out of a frie. I had gave them back the chips told them I didnt want my fries either. Don’t trust them at that point to cook for me. Not 1 person gave me a refund, let alone even offer one to me. I will stop every one I know from going to this taco bell store. Very rude staff.
