I am not sure how I haven’t reviewed Sinclair yet, considering I got there a few times a month. Everything is good. Service is top notch. The atmosphere and ambience is my favorite in Fairfield. The drinks are perfect. And the food!! Try everything at least once, and don’t forget the Sunday happy hour…all drinks half off after 6:30pm.

Food was delicious!! If I go to a restaurant that has shrimp and grits on menu that’s what I get it, I prefer the grits to be creamy these grits were grainy but still good. The buffalo cauliflower was delicious!! The buffalo sauce wasn’t overpowering.

The food drinks and service were all excellent. We went in for brunch and the menu is fantastic. We ordered the stuffed avocado, which is not to be missed, the steak and eggs and a breakfast sandwich. All of our meals were excellently prepared and came with tater tots that were amazing. The mocktail sangria was so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back.

We had a terrific dinner there last night. The chicken scarpariello was fantastic. Order the fresh bread. Everything was great. Paul, the owner, is a very gracious host, clearly looking after everything. Super attentive and nice staff. It can get a bit loud if your hearing isn’t great like mine, but I would give them ten stars if I could.

The Sinclair in Fairfield is a great spot for a night out. The drinks are excellent, with plenty of creative options to choose from. The menu has an awesome variety of appetizers and some really cool entrees that make it easy to share or enjoy a full meal. Took my mom here for her birthday. She got the salmon which she kind of liked, me and my sister both got the burger which we enjoyed. I also got the clam chowder fries which were good.
Overall its a small restaurant and its very dim lit, but I enjoyed the ambience of it.
The only complaint I have is the people who wait to pick up the dishes while your sitting there is a little awkward. Looking up and having them watch your table and then come right over, I mean I like table with room but they were legit just watching us like seagulls a ta beach lol.

Guillaume, the manager helped me host the most amazing baby shower for my daughter. He is detailed oriented and actively involved with all the planning.
The staff Arianna, Brianna and Vicente were very attentive to my guests. Everyone continued to compliment the venue, the service and the scrumptious and delicious food (even for my guests with food allergies). I would not hesitate to have another celebration at The Sinclair – it was absolutely perfect!!!!!

The attention to detail is not often seen when dining. It’s the little and subtle things. Hello; how are you; how’s your meal; is there anything we can do to help your dining experience? This not only came from the waiters, it also came from the hostess, bar tenders, managers, table setters, and cleaning team. Kudos!!!

We used to live in Fairfield and frequent Sinclair. We were in the area and wanted to have some of our old favorites. The mussels, shishito peppers meatballs and our kids food was all piping hot and great! The steak I am in love with and couldn’t wait for and ordered medium well came out warm at best. The outer pieces were cold. The butter on top wasn’t melting or spreading. Strangely enough the fries were very hot. I let the server know and they brought out, I believe to be a second steak and it was the same deal. A manager came over to check on our table and I let her know the situation and she apologized and walked away. The server was mostly attentive, nice and attentive. We had a couple managers check on the table. I am just shocked that this happened and twice at that. It seems like some of these are precooked and then heated up or something when ordered. Because I can’t figure out how a medium well steak could be cold twice. I ate a couple pieces in the warmest part and left the rest.
