This is hands down the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Honestly, this experience alone may keep me from going to another Subway altogether.
I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese for breakfast. They were out of flatbread, so I got it on a footlong cheese bread instead. The eggs I later found out were obviously rotten, the tomatoes were spoiled, and the vegetables overall looked like a perfect recipe for salmonella.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, paid nearly $20 for a footlong, chips, and a drink, and left. One bite in, the smell and taste of the rotten egg was so overpowering that I immediately threw the sandwich away and went to Bojangles instead.
I cannot express how bad this location is. Enter at your own risk.

This subway is horrible! I was excited to have subway close but they are the worst people to deal with in customer service. Their system is always down, the workers are rude, they changed their hours verbally but not on any signs or online. I am someone who loves subs from subway but this place is an absolute nightmare. We need a more reliable sub restaurant here.

They are rude and not friendly at all. And never have fresh vegetables out you have to ask them for fresh vegetables. I usually spend $20-$30 but this time I spent $11. I prefer to go somewhere else but they are the closest. Cause of the rude attitude.

I placed an online order that never arrived, tried calling the restaurant 5 times no answer. On the 6th call a lady picked up that didn’t speak English absolutely no help. I asked for an on duty manager and she said one sister and one will not be coming. I asked for subways corporate number and received no response. She ultimately ended up hanging up on me. If I could leave -10 stars I would.

I work near this location and everytime I go to this specific subway I absolutely hate it. Every worker has a nasty attitude. The workers move very slow and the energy is just horrible. It could be a full line and it would be one worker in the front and the other working in the back (instead of coming to the front to help). They Never place the meat on properly, sometimes burn my bread. This is prob the worst subway I’ve ever visited in my life. Customer service is trash and they are never stocked up with food. This will be my last time coming to this one.

This is my second or third time visiting since it’s been under new management.
They aren’t friendly or welcoming and I was charged extra for cheese when the menu item clearly states 2x cheese. Also, the woman had on pajama pants with a subway top. I won’t be visiting this location again.

Cognitive Fugue
This place is very, very substandard at best. They ignore details of online orders and simply don’t follow the requested ingredient list. I’ve ordered subs with “regular” condiments that were absolutely drenched (beyond any form of reason), and I’ve asked for sandwiches to have “less” sauce and they just skipped that ingredient altogether. The produce is often wilted, and I’ve witnessed a worker hacking and coughing into a napkin behind the make line. You’d be better off with a vending machine sandwich, and that’s not hyperbole.

My husband and I went in to order and we were ignored. I tried asking him about meat and cheese and he walked away from us. Another man walked in shortly after us and he took his order immediately. He was very rude and totally ignored us. We left without ordering. If I could, I would give 0 stars.
