Food and atmosphere were awesome. We ended up showing up on their 10th anniversary party and everyone was having a great time. The chimichanguitas and casa Mexico platter were excellent. If I’m ever back in town I will for sure be back! We came back the next day as we enjoyed it so much!

A wonderful experience, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked to find any open tables. The server came up to me right away or the menu. They went over the day special took my drink order. When they came back and gave me a free recommendations. The food was authentic and phenomenal I would definitely recommend going back to his place.

Wow, this place is a jewel. We were passing thru on Oct 26th and the hotel clerk advised there were only three places in town he could recommend to eat, one of which was Casa Mexico. The food was outstanding, the service crisp and the place was full by the way. This place is now at the top of my favorite Mexican food place. As most of you know the sauce is the key and there is none tastier than Casa Mexico. The downside is it not in my home town, but a thousand miles away. I encourage anyone traveling I-70 either east or west bound through the Eagle/Vail area please take the time and stop. This a great family business and an even better restaurant.

We came here a Monday night and it wasn’t a great experience so we won’t be returning. After being told the wait would be 20 minutes it was 55 minutes. The food was good enough but $20 for a burrito is steep and it wasn’t anything special. Drinks were decent. Service was extremely slow.

Came in to dinner at about 545. Small seating area so either be prepared to wait or sit at the bar. We just sat at the bar. Service and prompt and nice. They gave us chips and queso with salsa when we sat down. It was tasty. The salsa is obviously made in house and delicious.
We went ahead and ordered a fajitas for two. And even for two guys who hung drywall all day we couldn’t eat everything.
They have a huge menu. With a mix of tex mex favorites like fajitas and smothered burritos. But also Mexican classics like molcajete and mojarra frita.

Found this hidden gem on my way back from Hanging Lake. I’m from PA, lived in NY and CA for years, and this is seriously some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Very authentic. Generous portions. I would eat here all the time if I lived near Eagle. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!
