the food tastes nasty ,food has no flavor not salt at all and when you ask for salt they refuse to give you any the reason? taco bell don’t serve any salt, taco bell needs to replace the manager urgently before some one gets sick, man bathroom lacks of hand soap to for the employees to wash their hands after a bathroom brake, the manager said employees wash their hands on the back of the kitchen REALLY? The two ladies at the window were very kind, polite and professional. I only eat chicken so my Nacho Bell Granda was to be chicken it had less than 2 whole chicken stripes I drove back around and informed the lady at the window she stated they would add more. It took awhile then someone in the back objected. I had to pay for extras when the first serving was way under portion.

My order was completely wrong when I got back to work I had two tacos with fried potatoes in them and no meat. I was supposed to get a chicken chalupa and a hard taco chips and cheese. Got none of what I ordered. Tried to call the restaurant got no answer. Paid for a meal that I did not eat.

Not the best service or the best food…my order was placed online and when I arrived, the employees took a while to acknowledge me (since they were singing and dancing) and once one of the young ladies made eye contact with me, she asked me if she could help me and I told her that I had placed an order online & gave her my name – she then began preparing my meal while telling me to “grab a Medium cup” (which were stacked on the main counter)…
I ordered a “Build A Box” meal and the Crunchwrap Supreme was not my favorite…would not recommend this establishment…

The food I did get was good, but unfortunately they forgot my steak chalupa. I went back to get it corrected, but instead of helping, the employee got defensive and claimed she personally made the order and put it in the bag. Basically accusing me of lying. No chalupa, no apology, just attitude. Disappointing service that ruined an otherwise decent meal.

Ordered a taco pack a we had missing tacos WTH. Absolute disgrace, employees were yelling at air pods on the phone when we arrived, that probably why I didn’t get all my tacos. Also all my soft tacos were cold. Please fire these bums…I’m not paying $20.00 plus dollars to be unsatisfied. No I don’t want anything for free or to redeem…I would like my online order on the app to be prepared correct the original time.
