I usually love Starbucks, but this location was a big disappointment. My drink was made wrong twice, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the barista had an attitude. The place looked messy, with napkins and cups all over the counter, and there were no clean tables to sit at. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple latte even though there weren’t many people in line. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks won’t be coming back to this one anytime soon

Took 20 minutes for a coffee and cake pop. When I got there, I was able to walk up to the cashier. I had to wait to be attened because he was completing orders. Witch is understandable. But it seemed like the cashier was doing all the work while his coworkers was running her mouth with a customer the whole time. After there was a long line, and she just kept socializing. While the cashier looked like he needed help.

I came in to get my birthday drink, and the worker named Ruby was extremely rude. She told me I had to pay extra for my size and add-ons, which I found surprising since just the other day my cousin got her birthday drink here without being charged extra. When I showed her my app which clearly wasn’t charging me she rolled her eyes and said, “Well, at this Starbucks you have to pay extra. You can go to another one.”
That response was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. A birthday reward should be a positive experience, not one that leaves a customer feeling dismissed and disrespected.

This Starbucks location consistently has slow service. Today, it took 13 minutes to get my iced caramel macchiato, and I had to return it because I was given the wrong size. I clearly ordered a Venti, but when I mentioned it, the employee pointed to the receipt with my name and said, ‘It says Grande.’ I told her again that I ordered a Venti. I even said I will pay the difference but clearly ordered a Venti and added $2 tip! When I finally got my drink, it tasted awful. I’ve been here before with my daughter and had the same experience slow service and poorly made drinks. Please address this by improving management and staff training.

I always have a great experience here. I hac a one off day recently where the wrong size drink was given, but otherwise they’re always friendly and always have what I want in stock (psst bring back the red velvet loaf slices lol) They always do well, I’ll keep coming here.

I bought two Blonde vanilla lattes yesterday afternoon, and two hours later, I suffered from diarrhea, stomach cramping, and nausea. Regrettably, I had also purchased one for my husband, who is now experiencing similar symptoms. Furthermore, the service was exceptionally slow, and it seems they are serving contaminated drinks to customers. The health department’s intervention is required. I strongly advise against buying drinks at this location.
