Wow! What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised to find absolutely delicious Italian food at this little quaint restaurant. The prices were so inexpensive I’m not sure how they are in business. We would have gladly paid more for all of our food selections. We highly recommend commend the garlic knots with pepperoni inside. Their sauce is so fresh and the meatballs were outstanding. We will make the almost 2 hour drive back just to come again. So thankful we found this place. The staff was super friendly and quick as well.

Terrific experience. Couldn’t have been better. Extremely friendly service and very knowledgeable of the menu. My wife had the shrimp Mediterranean salad and I had the grilled chicken pizza. Both wonderful. The prices were reasonable, especially for Hershey.

We enjoyed our meal here very much! The waiter was extremely kind and brought our small daughters meal out first and quickly! We had the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Caesar Salad, and a small cheese pizza. All of our food was excellent and I would recommend this restaurant to others when visiting the Hershey area!

We ordered a pizza and ravioli. They were delightful. Found Dafnos through a Google search and it was a great find. Our waitress was personable, smiling and most importantly did not ever make us feel rushed. I can’t wait to go back and try something else.

I arrived close to closing time and they were so gracious about letting me order food to go and didn’t even mention that they were closing soon. Super friendly staff, plenty of food, reasonable price, and it’s yummy! I had the Mediterranean Shrimp Salad and a meatball appetizer- entirely too much food for one person, but, leftovers are never a bad thing 🙂

Background: I eat a lot of pizza (work used to take me to Chicago and NYC regularly for years). I am also an owner in a NYC style pizza chain.
We only ordered two pizzas but they were spot on. I don’t like the big chains but I don’t like paying the high prices of ‘craft’ pizzas. This fits between both and their prices were slightly better than the other well rated local Italian place.
Front of store getting was fast. My kid watched them make the pizza in their dedicated round pizza oven. The dough was well proofed, baked just right to have a crusty bottom and chewy inside. The sauce was more sweet than salty (opposite of my chain, but I liked how they didn’t load the sauce down with salt.) Our margherita was spot on. Pepperoni was great too. Looking forward to trying some authentic Italian next time if the pizzas were any indication of attention to detail.

My family regularly visit Dafno’s and we really enjoy the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines, beers, the regular menu and the specials. I personally have tried many dishes off the menu and the specials menu. I find my favorite dish is the lasagna, it’s super good. It’s very saucy, and very flavorful. As an appetizer, we love to order the garlic knots. They are on the lunch menu, but you can get them at dinner time. My husband’s favorite dish is the chicken sacchitini with mushrooms instead of sun dried tomatoes.
