I placed my order online, I waited an extra ten minutes from when they told me it would be ready before picking it up, when I got there it was clear they hadn’t even looked at the order. After waiting an additional ten minutes I received my pie, it was very good. They are on par price wise, prices for a quality Pizza are not cheap, but it’s worth the money for the quality. I also made 3 meals of it so I’m not mad about the price at all. The pepperoni & sausage combo was excellent.

We’ve been driving down to Biddeford from Freeport a couple times a month for several years. Their pizza is fresh and fantastic! It’s nice to see their quality and hard work paying off too. They’ve added a bar area, nice wine options, and great dessert treats to their offerings. The desserts are decadent and really good. You can the ingredients are great quality. It’s a gem. Check it out if you’re near the area. Friendly people.

I ordered takeout from this place and I was seriously blown away. The pizza was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked crust, super fresh ingredients, and the real standout for me was the red sauce. It had that perfect balance of tangy and savory with just a little hint of sweetness. You can tell they take pride in their recipes.
Even with takeout, everything was hot and fresh when I got it home. No soggy crust, no skimping on toppings, just really solid pizza done right. Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

I drove an hour and a half for this pizza, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The crust was perfect, the sauce was incredibly flavorful, and you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. Everything was fantastic! The owner’s got a big, friendly vibe and clearly loves what he does. I’m definitely coming back and already thinking about my next slice.

We went because of the Instagrams with owner Frank. The pizza was delicious! The atmosphere was like a cafe, pizza shop in a small town should be, unassuming and clean and cozy. The inside is an excellent place. The food, music, atmosphere and staff made for a wonderful experience.

Had the Just Tomato Pie today at Coletti’s Pizza in Biddeford, Maine and it completely blew me away. Francesco Coletti is a true pizza artist and an absolute character. You can feel the passion the second you walk in.
I’ve had New Haven, Boston, and New York pizza, and none of it compares. The photos online don’t even come close to doing this pizza justice. Honestly, it’s better than pizza I’ve had in Italy.
I’m from Boston and this place has ruined local pizza for me—in the best way. Coletti’s isn’t just pizza, it’s an experience, and one that’s worth going out of your way for.
Anyone talking trash should stick to generic pizza. This is high-level craftsmanship.

Amazing pizza.. We loved it. Best pizza we’ve ever had.. Definitely stop by. I do have a picture of it but it’s on my other phone. But it was a cheese pizza with onions and prosciutto. The sauce was sweet and the onions everything was amazing the prosciutto I can’t even tell you guys. And I wish I could remember the wonderful woman’s name that took care of us but we were sitting in a little area of the bar and we had a nice conversation. She’s a great asset to this business as well. Great job throughout. Definitely be back when we’re in the area
