Came in for dinner because we were craving Hawaiian. It’s more of a fast food Hawaiian BBQ. Small and simple menu with tasty options. I ordered the lean plate with grilled chicken. My husband ordered the fried chicken and sweet pulled pork with macaroni salad. The mixed veggies were cooked too perfection and the chicken was so juicy. I love that they serve Hawaiian sun beverages because they are my favorite. The decor inside is like a surf shop and it’s very nice to sit and relax to eat and enjoy your meal. MU husband tried the spam musubi and said it was good. The have a drive thru and indoor seating. They also offer military discount with ID.

The Pulehu chicken is my new favorite. The chicken katsu is also very good – tender inside and crunchy outside. Most Hawaiian places that serve katsu have them crunchy outside but tough inside – not at Mo’ Bettahs. They have superb katsu chicken! The service at this location is also topnotch.

First time. I had a mini plate with teriyaki chicken and their pork. The Teriyaki chicken, macaroni, rice were good but the pork wasn’t. Way to dry and no flavor. I would rate this place 7 over all.

Your website was easy to use and made picking my meal very easy. When I went into the location on Craig it was nice and the staff were friendly and quick. Best part was the food, I was beyond impressed with the sauce and the chicken. I haven’t had your restaurant before and I will definitely be back. Good work, keep it up. I am a manager from another business so I know how it all starts at the top.

I like the concept, but i also think that’s how the quality can go down. It’s almost chipotle fast food like. The chicken was good and the steak was better than i thought. But the rice was not warm and it was dry. The mac salad needs alot of help. It was very bland. Otherwise customer service was very good and the employees seemed happy to do their job and we engaging. Cudos to them.

i’ve always loved this place for their food and quick service. My experience today and how well it was handled inspired me to leave a review. They were unfortunately out of chicken and it wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes. Not a big deal for me – The woman at the window, I believe her name was Marle based on a card she gave me, gave me the option to replace it with something else. She finished my order quickly and gave me a card for a free mini plate because she felt bad for my original order not being fulfilled. I think this was a very professional and effective way to handle the situation. I wasn’t even upset about the change in order, but she still accommodated for it regardless. Thank you so much! (:

So the only reason I’m doing this is because I’m never going back…first time I ordered ahead and it took an hour to get my food, that was a few weeks back but I let that one slide t. But this can not happen. Who puts raw chicken in an order?…As soon as I saw it I knew it was raw, couldn’t even cut it open it was so raw. Its pink still and wasn’t even cooked properly. It’s chicken not steak! Happened February 21st, 6:30pm. This is unacceptable and I use to eat here a lot but enough is enough. Never going back…

I never leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Ordered two of the same mini plates — inside was full, drive-thru was tiny. Same price, less food. Feels like a scam. Unacceptable.For the price we pay, the portions and service should be consistent no matter how you order. Really disappointing experience.

I love, love this place. Don’t get me wrong. The past four times I’ve been here, the food has been perfect. Tonight, though, the Kalua Pig and Peluha Chicken were very salty and the mixed veggies were also way too salty and peppery. I will definitely be back next time and try again.
