H2O Sushi & Izakaya has been our go-to sushi spot for a long time. It had started to feel a bit hit or miss, but our last visit was excellent. Service was friendly and the food was fresh and well prepared. One suggestion would be to clean up and liven up the bar area a bit. Overall, things feel back on track and we hope they keep it up, we love coming here.

We had a great experience! The waiters were extremely kind and the food was to die for! The sushi was fresh and tasted extremely well. Me and my group loved every minute of it! I got the Alaskan roll and it was very savory and delicious! We also had the tempura roll which was equally as amazing! We definitely will be returning!

We called the night before to double check that they still had the $19.99 all you can eat special until 5pm and they assured us they did. We came the next day at 3:25pm and they had changed the end time of the special to 3:00pm that morning and would not honor the fact that they told us it was until 5pm less than 24 hrs before and it was barely past the end time. Horrible customer service.

Excellent value for $19.99 All-You-Can-Eat for lunch! Good variety of rolls to choose from. Service was fantastic and friendly! Easy free parking lot in front of the restaurant. Will definitely come back for more sushi in the future!

Had some dinner with a group of friends and we all noticed how one of the restaurant staff (she looked like a supervisor) mistreated, yelled and was extremely rude at an elderly delivery guy, think DoorDash. From the Marketing and Customer Service points of view, this was really unprofessional coming from a supervisor and it’s totally unacceptable. We asked the waiter for this lady’s name and he kept quiet. I used to work for Amazon and I know how hard it’s to try to deliver products to the customers right on Time. Felt really sad for the poor delivery guy who was trying to do his job. Even though the food was decent, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, it doesn’t worth my money. SMH.

Every time I try to make a to-go order, they either don’t answer the phone or tell me the wait time is extremely long. Today I called just to order a side of smelt eggs and a side of spicy mayo not even sushi and they said it would still be an hour wait because they’re backed up on to-go orders. I don’t know if they got new management, but if they did, it’s definitely not for the better. This place used to be so much more attentive and reliable, but the service has gone downhill. Really disappointing to see one of my favorite sushi spots turn into this. I’ll be looking for a new place from now on.

This will definitely be our new sushi bar that we will go to from now on! Recently moved to the neighborhood and now that we live down the street from here we’re so happy. This place has an amazing selection of sushi rolls and other Japanese cuisine. Their sake list is diverse enough for any sake lover. Their service is excellent, they check up on you frequently enough but they’re not a bother at all. Can’t wait to go here for happy hour! Love this place!

It’s always something with this place. Waited for 50mins to get served food that’s didnt come. Wasn’t too busy for them to be “forgetting” our table which was only 2 of us. Only table that wasn’t served around us even people that came in after us got served. Felt like profiling or something. Won’t be coming here again. If you’re looking for a place to eat sushi. This restaurant is severely lacking in customer service, and the experience with management was especially disappointing. Instead of addressing the situation honestly and professionally, the manager chose to defend a situationthat where we were clearly mislead by our server. There was no attempt to listen or de-escalate the issue.
As a regular customer who was bringing in a large party, I expected a reasonable level of accommodation and appreciation for repeat business. Instead, we were met with rigidity and dismissiveness. What stood out most was that the manager appeared far more concerned with whether we were overstaying our welcome by exceeding the 1.5 hr time frame for all you can eat menu than with our overall experience or satisfaction as guests.
The interaction felt rude, unprofessional, and poorly handled from start to finish. Rather than valuing customer loyalty or making any effort to resolve the issue, management made it clear that customer concerns were an inconvenience.
Based on this experience, I have no confidence in the customer service standards of this establishment, and I will not be returning nor will I be referring anyone else there.
