Just left McDonald’s this morning asked for a sausage and cheese bagel and they gave me a egg and cheese bagel. Terrible, service. You know, I had problems with McDonald’s and Rhinelander. I stopped going. You just can’t go to any. McDonald’s anymore.

This place is AMAZING! Despite what SOME people might say (the food being cold and hard, not being very good, complaining about it being bad) I think it’s an excellent place. The employees are nice, they are welcoming and understanding.
Be patient with them as even if they aren’t busy many people order lots of food.. As for fries and wait time- keep in mind they have to COOK the fries and if you don’t want frozen fries it’s a five minute wait at least. (That also goes for the hashbrowns)
This place is a 10/10 and I would recommend going here.

This location has a great crew of associates working there. Some days they may be short staffed but the ones on duty keep trying their best. This place gets very busy thru out the day so please have patience as they are trying to serve you with hot delicious food.

THESE PPL DID NOT BOTHER WITH ANYONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE HAD TO REPEATEDLY SAY HELLO AND THERE WAS LIKE 6 OTHERS IN LINE BEHIND US. ENDED UP GETTING DISMISSED AND NO APOLOGIES FIT 20 MIN WAIT. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND AS MANAGEMENT LOOKED LIKE SHE CARED LESS. BYE YOU WONT GET MY BUSINESS ANYMORE.

Menu item they cant find on the touch screen to put it in. managers just put in what they want thats close to your order and tell you. You get what I put in or nothing at all .work atmosphere must be toxic to have that vibe by 630 am
can’t find a proper button you don’t enter items individually to have it cost more. And you surely don’t say you get what I put in or get nothing. I’ll choose nothing everytime. Item asked for is a menu item. Was not something specific or special plain old sausage and cheese mc muffin. Listed on website and menu board . Ordered many times before. Today wasn’t her day. But for a manager to have such an attitude that early hard pass I won’t go back. Sad 2 cuz I did order large orders for my work crew and co workers can ask they had to swipe every time for manager approval of such large orders. Never again

Thank for the food y’all gave me pretty much free because the McDonald’s app pulled money out of my account days prior when McDonald’s was closed so every time I was around a McDonald’s the app would just trying to finish or complete the order well at the same time the McDonald’s app would cancel the order, so they just fu** it and gave me the food. Thank you again for not making the situation anymore stressful then it already was!
