Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I didn’t order a dry pepperoni pizza, they added no tomatoe sauce at all. I picked up, what a waste of money and time. I’m going to the Tweety Location now. I called and just noticed that I talked to the actual manager that made the pizza. When I asked her on the phone if she was the manager she said she was the assistant manager. I found out Rosemary made my pizza by going to my email, and it said if you need the manager give Rosemary a call. This store is a joke, how unprofessional. She should get trained better, I told her you should train your employees better and she agreed. They should start with her training.

First of all I ordered two different pizza’s and I ended up with two of the same. One had a hair in it. I rode my bike to pick it up so I didn’t find out til I got home. I called the restaurant and they wanted me to ride my bike all the way back just to show them the hair and show them my pizza’s. I talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do for me! That is a health code violation. How do I know it’s not someone’s pubic hair. I’m disgusted with domino’s completely! I will never eat there ever again. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. Do not go to this Domino’s on Florence and Alameda. They put pubic hair in your food!

I placed an order online. I order a pizza with three toppings. Went by the store to pick it up. When I got home opened the box and all I got was a round piece of bread with red sauce and and cheese on it. The delivery driver is Mike he works at the store he didn’t want to give me my change back I am disabled not able to walk he said he couldn’t fit between cars and that I needed to walk outside!.. hello didn’t I just say I could not walk I am disabled and chronically terminally ill!!! My experience at this Domino’s location was completely unacceptable. Jesu, the employee I spoke with, showed a blatant lack of professionalism and treated me with little to no respect. On top of that, I was given false information and observed clear non-compliance with company policies. This behavior appears to violate California Business and Professions Code § 17500 (false or misleading advertising) and Civil Code § 1770 (deceptive business practices). Customers deserve to be treated with honesty, respect, and basic professionalism — not the disregard I experienced here.

Not only was my order an hour late. When the driver finally pulled up. They didn’t get out the car as I walked outside and they just drove off. The manager and the people working there argued with me as if it’s my fault they couldn’t provide me with good delivery service. Don’t order from this place they have a history of taking way too long with orders.
