This is the best Subway I have been to so far. The young ladies working are very good at what they do. They make the best Subway sandwich I’ve had yet.

The food is always good and the staff is super friendly. Especially today, exceptionally good and the girl who made my sandwich went above and beyond for a glitch that was out of her control. Not sure about other staff members but two of the girls that work there are really great! I go there instead of wendys now when I want fast food because of their great service.

I normally would give this subway 5 stars, but considering the event that happened today I won’t be going back to this subway. My husband went get lunch while I stayed home with the kids, ordering me a subway melt. He came home and he said I think they got it wrong. So I checked and they had roast beef instead of bacon. So subway is only a mile away so he went back to ask them to just change the mistake they made because on the recipe it says subway club, not melt so they rang it up wrong. They told him no and said its because of people like us, we are making them lose money. So he came home and told me so I left, angry of course because of what they told my husband and because it’s something so simple to fix. When I got there they said they would not fix my sandwich for free, we are making them lose money, it’s all my husbands fault because he should have been paying closer attention, even though it’s my sandwich and he doesn’t even know all what’s on it. After going back and forth with the two boys, the white boy proceeds to start laughing as if this is all funny to him. So I said if he thinks this is so funny, then I will call upper management and make a complaint since he wants to be so disrespectful. After a while, after saying again that it’s ridiculous how they can’t switch out the roast beef and bacon, I don’t even care if it’s on the same sandwich, the other boy finally fixed it to make me get out of there.
I have NEVER had this happen to me at any place I’ve eaten at before. The mistakes of the employees are always fixed because it’s not a big deal but these two boys wanted to make it a big deal. I’ve NEVER felt so disrespected before in a place I constantly spend my money. Well I can say I will NEVER return to this subway. They have lost my business.

Subway is a great fast food place if you are looking for a healthy choice. You can get a meal, which includes a drink, chips and your own make your own sandwich. You can also get different types of soups here and pizzas. They have a public bathroom and a drive-thru. They do have inside seating but you can order ahead. If you want a dessert, you can get their homemade cookies which have a wide variety from chocolate chip to white chocolate macadamia nut.
