A nice little spot for sushi conveniently located next to Shoprite. Personally, if there was an option for 6 or 7 stars, then I would rate it 6-7 stars. The food contain a good amount of meat with crunchy and juicy toppings. The spicy tuna roll is meaty, with not too much rice content. The Philadelphia roll was a shocker. Usually, we don’t like cream cheese on fish and rice, but it was surprisingly good. The best roll was probably the spicy salmon roll. It was huge, and contained a bunch of toppings. 6-7 stars, highly recommend.

really cute cozy place. i had a great service experience, the servers are direct but take good care of you. fish is fresh and well seasoned (i had spicy tuna roll) would definitely recommend .if we lived here we’d be regulars!

New sushi restaurant. We ordered sashimi lunch and a teriyaki salmon binto box, and any 2 rolls. I have to say the food is not bad, only average. The sad part for a sushi restaurant their Rice is dry… The sashimi lunch price is a bit high for the quality and quantity of the fish.

Would not come back to this location. As you can see the siomai looks like it was frozen and heated in the microwave. Sushi was also not good, didn’t taste like sushi at all, wasted our money that night. Maybe other locations are okay but this one in Spotswood is a big no!

I order it all the time for takeout but also come in once in a while for dine in. It never disappoints. Benny is the best and is always hospitable. Some of my favorites are the tuna and salmon crispy rice, and the lunch specials are great.

The food is decent, but I cringe when my wife craves sushi from here. The service is horribly slow. Food is never ready at the designated pick up time. It almost seems as though they don’t start your order until you arrive at the pick up time. They feed the same line of bs to everyone that comes in for pick up. “15 more minutes”. This has amazingly happened every time we do an online order. Expect to wait well over the pick up time.

Ordered Teriyaki chicken bento box and veggie sushi /edamame. The sushi and edamame was great but the chicken bento box was terrible. The chicken was either overcooked or undercooked. Called the restaurant and the male manager could care less. He told us that there was no way that it could happen to that small of a piece of chicken. Unfortunate as this used to be my go to sushi place. See the pictures attached of the chicken the male manager claimed couldn’t possibly be cooked incorrectly…NEVER AGAIN

Delicious sushi at a great price . wonderful charming small space and high quality. I recommend the Lunch Sushi specials which comes with a miso soup. We loved the Shrimp Crunchy Roll!!
