Blend.Co is such a gem in Denver! The location itself is absolutely stunning. There is tons of seating, a warm inviting vibe, and a patio I cannot wait to enjoy once the weather warms up.
I stopped in for a game of trivia and got to try several menu items. My top picks were definitely the arancini balls and the short rib sandwich, both were flavorful and so well done. The signature cocktails were beautiful, but the standout for me was the Cinnamon Toast Tini. So good!
Overall, a gorgeous space, delicious food, and great drinks. Can’t wait to come back!

We came on opening day and the food and service was excellent. The NDA sandwich’s flavors are well put together. The crab cakes are also delicious. The staff was really friendly. The atmosphere was something this side of town needed. We will be returning!

We hosted our holiday party at Blend.Co this year and it was fabulous! Their private space fit our group of 30+ very well and the food as SO GOOD! The staff was very kind and helpful. They passed our compliments along to the rest of their team and Chef, which shows a great team spirit. Haley helped us plan our event and was very responsive. She made the planning and set up a breeze. Prices were very reasonable for all that we received! After our event we all went downstairs and enjoyed their living room lounge for an after party. We highly recommend booking Blend.Co for your next event!

What a great new spot! Was able to come here for an event in their upstairs private dining/event space and the ambience, food and service was wonderful. We came back the other day for their happy hour and tried some of their unique menu items like the charcuterie nachos and their crab rangoon dip and they were really good. Really loved the vibe and decor as well. Perfect for meeting a client or just some girlfriends. Will definitely be going back.

I went here with my family and I had such a great time! The service was fantastic, and even though we came after the kitchen had closed, the desserts were so delicious! We got a berry Chantilly cake for all four of us and it was gone in seconds. The cookies were great, too, and the service was amazing. The people here are so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the shop is amazing! I love the decorations, and honestly it just seems like such a good place to spend some time in, whether it be on your lonesome or with company. It’s a bit far from my house but I will absolutely be here again when I have the time! I also really recommend the berry Chantilly cake if you decide to visit. 10/10 Experience!
