Got the grilled chicken wrap. At first I thought it was diced potatoes until I realized it was supposed to be grilled chicken. The chicken was dry and hard. Seemed like it was old and had been cooked days and days ago. The tortilla was not fresh either. It was horrible! Don’t get. For the record I gave the food one star and the one star was for my frosty. The chicken wrap gets no stars.

They took my coupon and still charged me the full price. I get on the highway and the hamburger isn’t even made correctly. I got no response from management. The guy at the window was very nice, but te manager was very curt and unprofessional. My credit card credited me since I did not receive what I was supposed to at the price they told me it would be. I only go in the Drive-Thru. I hardly like Wendy’s but my boyfriend loves Wendy’s. He always gets it before work so sometimes I order food with him. For almost a year this place still doesn’t understand what a drink with NO ICE is. Even when I repeat it to them or they repeat back it TO ME, they’ll still hand me a drink with ice. And then when I say, “oh I’m sorry, this has no ice”. They always seem so upset even though they repeated it to me. Or they would give me attitude. I really don’t like going here but we go here like three times a week.
We always get a large combo Meal with large chili cheese fries. The amount of times the portion of the chili cheese fries gets shortened is crazy. There’s been a few times where my chili cheese fries container is only halfway filled. Or the replace some fries with just extra chili beans. So it’s more chili then fries. I feel like I shouldn’t notice a difference in my food every single time I go .
And when they “accidentally” put ice in my drink, half the time I don’t tell them. Because there will be a line and I don’t want to hold them up. And they usually have a line. And it only takes a minute or less to remake a drink, but they be taking 3-5mins. I can see them in the window so I really don’t see what takes them so long. Especially after they already gave me my food. All I need is my drink fixed at that point. Should be nothing else we’re waiting for. I think they know what they’re doing because my large cup today was filled top to bottom with ice. And this was one of the moments where I reminded him at the window.
I always make sure to tell them, And I always ask at the window. And because I’m such a regular customer and I recognize all their faces. I just don’t understand why when they see me, they don’t go, “oh shoot, no ice in her drink”. You know? I work at a fast food place too. If I see a customer 3 to four times a week, I kind of recognize their order after a while. That’s how often I sadly go to this place because of my bf. I hardly eat there anymore but he still orders the same thing for lunch. I just don’t appreciate that they’re not taking their job seriously.
Sometimes they put new people in the window and I know they need to learn but it definitely slows them down drastically. They need a new teaching method or something.

This is by far the worst wendys ive ever came to . The food was cold and the service was terrible not only that the order was wrong smh.. This place is a joke I strongly advise to eat at a different location.

We got the Southwest Avocado Salad and the 4 for 4 meal with a small drink, and I can hands down say this is the best service I have had in my life! Our cashier, Brennan was very professional and polite. The inside of here is very nice and brought up to date and the food was super fresh. I will definitely look forward to coming in here again. This is my favorite Wendy’s spot.

I was served raw chicken. The wife convinced me to go get some grub after work. Ordered a spicy chicken combo with cheese and ketchup. Halfway through my sandwich I took a bite and thought it was fat or gristle. To my surprise it was raw chicken I was eating. My wife took the meal back up to the counter while I excused myself to literally vomit in the bathroom. My wife was refunded only the cost of my meal and I was given a replacement sandwich (as if I was going to eat it) which was not made the way I ordered it originally. The cook came out from the kitchen and said he split open the new sandwich to ensure it was cooked. As a professionally trained chef I find it baffling that he said he split it open to ensure quality instead of temping the food. I don’t eat fast food often and after this experience I may never eat at a Wendy’s again in my life. Pictured is the new sandwich that was given to me with wilted lettuce, again not how I ordered it. They kept the raw one I ate half of.

I rarely do reviews, The manager Sissy was so nice and took cared of us on the middle of a really busy time. The way she treated the employees was remarkable, it inspired me to see that under so much stress she was aviable to treat her workers with so much love and respect. I hope she gets everything she deserves and more because it truly inspired me to see that people like that still exist.
