I have edited my post. Thanks so much for contacting me and try to solve this matter. You guys really care. I will move from 1 star to 4 stars, but def. Service and customer service deserve a 10. Thank you.
The first order came with 10 boneless wings with the option of up to 2 sauces and every subsequent refill is 6 wings with 1 sauce. We were able to order the next refill before we finished our current plate. This is a much better experience than what I’ve seen online for other locations making this deal worth it!
We’ve tried it a few times in the past and found the food to be lackluster and the service pretty awful. Once, the bartender tried to gaslight me into saying I ordered an expensive beer when all I wanted was a bud lite.
Fast forward to tonight and we ordered takeout through their app. The app will give you an estimated time to pickup, but it was clear our food had been sitting for a while. Chilis and other places will text you/alert you when your order. Knowing past mistakes of orders in the past not including side sauces, I checked before I left … and much to my surprise, the side sauces were missing. So when I went back inside to ask, I received a lot of attitude and “it’s in the bag.” Okay, it’s 30 degrees outside and I wouldn’t have come back inside if so. Then, she tried to give us the wrong sauce and when I asked for more (two little ramekins for a large order of onion rings), she told me they only give one tiny sauce for a large order. Listen, I wasn’t going to get into a back and forth. I’ve hosted, served, and bartended in the past to know good service.
To sum it up, always check your order before leaving the parking lot because you never know what you’re going to get. The service is mehhh and the food and prices certainly don’t justify it.
I was eager to sink my teeth into the majestic Thai Curry and Desert Heat wings, a duo as iconic as salt and pepper, Abbott and Costello, or Netflix and chill. They made their way to my table with commendable swiftness, flaunting a freshness that could rival the produce aisle at Whole Foods.
Now, don’t think for a moment that the fries were just an afterthought in this epicurean adventure. Adorned with the same Desert Heat seasoning as the wings, they held their own, proving that in this gustatory game, every player has its part to play.
This isn’t just about a delightful meal, folks. No, it’s more than that. Bdubs served up an experience, a symphony of flavors that, let’s say, struck all the right chords and left me feeling delightfully light.
In a nutshell, my excursion to Buffalo Wild Wings was a feast for the senses, and even delivered some unexpected wellness benefits. Who knew that great flavor could also pave the way for great… digestion?
In conclusion, my visit to Bdubs was a five-star experience. The food was fantastic, the service was swift, and the after-effects, let’s say, were quite liberating. If you’re in the mood for a tasty journey that’s a bit out of the ordinary, make a beeline for Buffalo Wild Wings. Just remember to leave your inhibitions at the door, and perhaps, pack a good book for later.
