Much better than the Flanders location! All if their products were much more fresh. Staff is more friendly. Fair prices. They don’t skimp on the ingredients. The Flanders location is less than a mile from me but I will definitely be going to the ITC location now!

Glenn is EXTREMELY rude! Glenn has zero people skills! I placed an online order and he resorts to “did you place the order at the right location?” Yes I did. He then says “it’s not his problem.” So I am a here to say it is his problem! I will NEVER set foot in the store for as long as I am alive!

It is 7:29 pm at the time of writing this post. I walked in to order some food because I was starving. I work for Amazon delivering all day and hadn’t had anything to eat. As I was walking in, the guys working there immediately turned off the lights and said “you guys always come at closing time.” Mind you, it was more than 30 minutes to close. He was showing a bad attitude while putting the gloves on. He seemed to be very bothered by me walking in and trying to get some food; eventually giving him business. I immediately turned around and left. It was going to be the first time eating there, but now, it will be no time.

Normally the experience guess well but today was another story. Their register was malfunctioning and I wanted to use the app to pay. The young lady was fantastic trying to solve the issue. The guy was rude and did not help the situation. He doesn’t know better!! Customer service needs improvement. On a positive note, food was good.

So Subway have the buy (ANY) two foot long subs for $10 after four coupons! I’ve had bad experiences before at this subway! But on this particular day I was feeling tired and didn’t feel like driving all the way to Flanders just for a sandwich. I ordered my to subs a chicken bacon ranch, but instead of the regular cut chicken I get the chicken patty instead. I handed the middle easten guy the coupon and my total came to $12.79 when it was supposed to be $10.70! I asked him about it and his response was I added bacon! Then i said doesn’t the coupon say ANY TWO SUBS FOR $10!!! Then he was like “oh you got chicken patty and chicken bacon ranch comes with diced chicken” . I’m not a person who like drama or arguing so I was like ok whatever! Yeah $12.79 is not a lot of money for two subs, but I felt like I got taken advantage of! And it definitely struck a nerve!!! So I had to express my feelings!!
