This place is usually a hit or miss. I went there trying to get some fresh wedges. When their wedges are fresh they are great in maybe all of Dayton. Now this Lee’s is the only one I go to. So I ordered wedges and made sure I told them fresh, wow was I disappointed, they were not only fresh but they were just soggy and lukewarm. They didn’t listen on this particular day. They did when I went there before this time. Whoever was cooking or Whomever was taking orders need listen to your customers. The service this time as well as the food was not good. Like I said ya’ll the best here, I’ve been to a good amount.

The only why I’ve chosen this location for the second time is because the location is convenient to my home as I work from home. A few weeks ago I placed a order through grub hub to my surprise my order was missing my gizzards so while at work I’m calling and calling several times with no answer so because of that I was forced to leave work to go to the restaurant , well the issue is there are 3 lees locations on Main Street so because none of the restaurants weren’t answering the phones I wasn’t sure which lees I’ve placed my order at so I drove to all 3 locations and come to find out my order was placed at the 3rd and last location. The manager was nice and understanding and gave me my food, because I left work because none of the locations answered I got in trouble with my job, ok fine I let that situation go. But then I go today on my lunch break and got 12 spicy wings and macaroni the macaroni was fine but the chicken was a complete joke it was so hard that I could’ve broken my teeth eating it. The chicken was harder then the rocks David threw at Goliath, not to mention the baby size pieces they gave me and the chicken wasn’t even hot let alone warm, one of the pieces had curly hair stuck to it,, please look at the pictures, I’ll never visit this location again other than going tomorrow to show them the pictures,

Everything was good but my food. I ordered a 3 piece strip meal with a piece of fish. I spent 13.00 and my food was NOT fresh. I called and told the manager and he told me to bring the food back. I don’t even live in trotwood and I shouldn’t have to, who is going to reimburse me for gas? It’s terrible but I will NOT return to this location. Don’t waste your time.

Decided on Lee’s in Trotwood Ohio for dinner last night, and it was the best meal I’ve had from there this year. David, the manager? prepared my order just as I requested in the app. The chicken-both tenders and wings-were hot and very fresh. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, and the baked beans were in an actual lidded container. The potato salad and skins were also fresh and delicious. David brought my meal up to the registered packed everything carefully including the apple pie and dipping sauces.
Although the requested butter and honey for the biscuits was left out, I still have to rate them a 5. I couldn’t be more.plased with the meal and the service received.

Ordered online a 3pc strip meal.Got home and didn’t have the sauce I ordered for chicken. No butter or honey for biscuit. Macaroni look like it sat out all night (very dry). I will never go to Lee’s in Trotwood ever again. I could of called and complained but I’m jus going to stay away from that place…

When I say this was the FRESHEST Lees Chicken Meal I ever had, I MEAN IT. Give everyone in this kitchen a raise man! Biscuits hot and buttery, chicken steaming hot, Mac and cheese was on point too. They are doing their thing over here.

Poor customer service along with poor quality of food. Not only was my chicken sandwich cold (got 2 and they were both cold) after biting into 1 I realized it wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know, but after speaking to the manager(at the time) she assured me that the sandwich couldn’t be under cooked but it was in fact “just old” . I wasn’t upset, as things unfortunately just happen but the customer service just wasn’t there. Pics of under cooked sandwich attached.
