Ordered curbside, and waited almost 30 minutes. I went through the drive thru after watching tons of people come and get their food after me, and some girl told me she can’t check for curbside orders, and that I would have to come inside. Are you kidding me? You can’t literally turn your body around and look with your eyes? Interesting since downtown Pikeville’s mcdonalds can check. So I went in, and instantly i see my order just sitting there, untouched by all the employees. The cashier even knew it was sitting because she asked me if I was curbside #3. The order was also maybe three feet from the window, so I’m really glad that the drive thru girl couldn’t be bothered to turn her neck. Wasted my time for fries that were barely even halfway filled. What a joke.

Went today for a 5$ meal and they put pickles on my sandwich on accident. When I asked the worker they said they’d remake it but instead just went inside and took the pickles off (I could see where they were on the cheese). Laziness and also unsanitary because they took food I was looking through back into the kitchen.

My hubby and I visited this restaurant on 10/30/24. I have to express my delight in seeing such a clean, warm and friendly staff, calm, yet efficient running McDonalds. We travel a lot and always stop at many of them. I have never seen such clean, well stocked, and fresh smelling bathrooms either, EVER. I had to congratulate Shelia, the manager on her accomplishments. She should be promoted and asked to share her techniques to other restaurants. Great Job, Shelia! We love you ❤️

Biscuits are too dry coffee is never the way I order it. Crispy chicken biscuit is anything but crispy. Burgers are always slopped together and if it’s a speciality order then check it before you leave. In the morning be prepared to not see a smile or be greeted by properly. Definitely a poor choice in management for mornings. Update. Nothing got better. Everything is worse. I threw up from a biscuit. The manager is still hateful and makes you feel unwelcomed. So glad we have three different McDonald’s to go to.
