The Burger King in South Salem is nice and clean,great service,they brought my grandson and I lunch to the table due to being on crutches,he loved his SpongeBob Kids meal,will be back ,only 14.00 for 2 meals can’t beta the food and price!

Went here this afternoon(230pm). Lobby is FILTHY! Floors were super sticky. Trash on the ground and tables. Took them awhile to knowledge us. Once they took our order food came out in a decent time but our fries were cold only because they were sitting in the window for a good 10 minutes. My chicken sandwich looks like it was super old and it was cold. We were supposed to get the half fries half onion rings and we didn’t get that. We went back and told them they gave us what we wanted but refused to give us fresh fries. The high chairs were gross and covered in filth. This place needs better management or at least better/more workers. I should’ve just waited at Wendy’s… at least their food would’ve been more fresh.. never coming back to this BK location again.

For some reason they can’t seem to figure out that bacon goes on a bacon cheeseburger. Food is always cold, and the employees and manager have a TERRIBLE attitude about getting a custom flavor from the coke freestyle machine at the drive thru.

Two burgers ordered on phone app. On order screen it was the only one from the mobile app. The first lady that approached me asked to help. Explained my order and gave my name on the order that showed on the screen. She nodded and went back to the kitchen. Nothing for 5-7 minutes. Listening to her in the kitchen I gathered that she did not speak or understand English. After 5-7 minutes a gentleman came from the drive though and asked if I had been helped. I told him that I wasn’t sure and explained the order and what had occurred with the young lady. I got my burgers less than a minute after that interaction.

I had a terrible experience there at this burger king tonight. I had 3 kids with me my 2 year old which was in a stroller and 2 of my friends with me . The dinging room was open when we were walking up to the doors this was about 915 pm we were about to walk in to order food and then leave with our food cuz we had walked quite a long ways and right as we were about to enter the store one of the employees looked us dead in the eyes and locked the door on us so we couldn’t come in. I had 3 very hungry kids with me and we came a long ways and we were turned away and locked our and they refused to let us order food. I will never eat here again. Really burger king ?
