Typical take out, very nice lady took my order, I felt bad for her because the indoor counter was so busy and she also doing the drive through at the same time and taking orders out to waiting cars. This store needs to hire more help.

I used a coupon to try one of the Chicken Sandwiches on their menu . I chose the Chicken , Bacon and Swiss Cheese with lettuce and tomato. It was delivered to me at the drive thru and was Delicious . I Also Enjoyed the Curly Fries on the side and a Sweet Tea. Everything I received was Fresh Up and Tasty. Thanks for the Hard Work and Thanks Again !

Online order. Sunday at noon & it was very busy! That sweet lady you have running things truly cares about her customers! She remembers everyone’s names. I’ll be back for sure just because of her. Food was hot & fresh! Even though they were extremely busy she was persistent that they not push mobile orders aside & made sure I was a priority!

while the clerk was working on my order having a hard time understanding my order, the order was placed and the clerk gave me the order and because of the misunderstanding told the order was on the house
but the manager stepped in and grabbed the bag with the order right from my hands and stated I had to pay for it before I would get it. With out understanding the situation the manage went way above the call of duty

I ordered the classic beef n cheddar and the Greek gyro. The classic hardly had any roast beef on it (unlike pic on line) and the gyro only about a tbsp of gyro sauce. When I showed the manager the gyro and requested more sauce, she was rude and stated I would have to pay 60 cents. I requested my money back. I assume she threw both sandwiches in the trash ($13 worth)when all she had to do was satisfy the customer. I will not be returning, especially if she is working.

We went here after noon, around 1 and it was not busy inside. Yes, there were some people in the restaurant. I am writing this review simply because I was impressed by the cashier was extremely helpful and polite. The food came out more quickly than I expected and nothing was overcooked nor were there any discrepancies with the Arby’s standards. Go Greenwood Arby’s. Indoor eating was definitely a nice experience.

I went through drive thur around 9:15pm tonight. I waited in the line patiently. After paying for my order the manager informed me they only had 1 wrap and l ordered 3. I asked for a refund on the other 2. The manager stated to me she couldn’t do a refund and since l refused to leave she was going to call the police on me. The food l received the chicken was hard. Poor customer service.
