Pollo Loco has lost their touch with this store that we have been to. We ordered two double Chicken Tostadas thinking it will satisfy our craving for a Tostada Salad but we were wrong. It seems like the Tostada shell has become shorter, the chicken not a double and was very dry, lettuce was not crunchy, the pico de gallo sauce was in a small container and tasted as if it was in the fridge for so many days. We ordered to go from the app and that was 15 minutes prior to our arrival. When we came it the order wasn’t even ready we had to wait for it to be prepared. The restaurant wasn’t that busy on a weekend around 4:30 pm in the afternoon. We just decided to eat at the restaurant. Maybe the owners of this branch should look into how the chicken is prepared including the rest of the food they serve.

I’m wondering if this location is under new management because I’ve noticed a marked difference (for the better) recently. I used to request crunchy tacos and they would never have them. But recently, that item has been available. Also, the food is hot and fresh and I love attention to the small details of my order i.e. number of sauces, extra well done chicken, etc. And the young lady that checked me out was so nice, I wish I knew her name so that I could shout her out. She was petite and brown skinned with a tatoo on her forearm if that helps, she was awesome. Overall, much improved food and service.

Okay, you gotta know that I’m a vegetarian. So why am I at El Pollo Loco? Well, I planned on ordering a RBC (Rice Bean and Cheese burrito but without the cheese) and lo and behold, EPL introduced a new burrito and its VEGAN!!! The Chickenless Pollo Burrito I decided to give it a go and WOW!!! Amazing flavor, hearty and messy!!! I Highly recommend it.

Their listed phone number does not work. I have been waiting 20 minutes for my Curbside pick up order and NO ONE has come out!
EDIT: So I had to go in, which defeats the purpose of CURBSIDE PICK UP! I spoke with a Female employee who was very rude. I told her that I had been waiting outside for my order and she replied: “I went out there and didn’t see you! Where were you!?” So if the App tells them we are there and they dont see the Customer, THAT’S IT!?? They stop checking??? Unacceptable! I also submitted a complaint on the official Website. Let’s see if they reply.

I ordered wi gs and they said they only had 2 so I got them,El Pollo doesn’t ever give wings they stopped the wing lovers,my complaint is when u do get the wings there over cooked and dry ,so why hold on to them u can go to any chicken place and get wings except EL Pollo a chicken place .Maybe if u wouldn’t hold on to them they won’t be overcooked and dry.

I ordered the new Birilla Stuffed Quesedilla, which on the menu it looks like a crunchwrap from Taco Bell, when I got home and opened it up, it looked like this, about half the size it should be, you can see just by looking at how its folded up. I paid $10 for this tiny little thing?!
